    I want to thank Peyman Kafshdoozha who was on reception duty while I stayed at the Santa Marta Suites for the exceptional customer service he gave me. I was compromised with a hip injury and he organised my departure and help with luggage in such a generous and thoughtful way. His knowledge of the city is thorough and he is open and personable and can communicate in many languages. He is a great asset to the hotel.

    We stayed there as a family in a Suite! The room was extremely noisy because of the crowded street night. The room was enogh big but poor quality. The beds were not comfortable. We stayed bes and breakfast but the breakfast was terrible. They served chese toast as breakfast! We have been in Milan twice a year since last 10 years and it is the worst hotel we stayed ever.

    My partner & I stayed here over Christmas 2025 and would absolutely stay again! The hotel is very charming and within walking distance to attractions, while not being directly in the hustle & bustle. Peyman (guest services associate) is phenomenal! He happily called around to make reservations and arrangements for us during our stay, shared excellent recommendations, and was incredibly friendly.

    What a treasure - a former farmacia with all the original fittings. More so, i stayed in their annex in a 14th century palazzo.The location is fabulous with the duomo 5 minutes walk and 10 minutes to the castello. However, this is a quiet local neighbourhood.This area was the site of the roman capital in 3rd century and part of the circus still exist.I travelled from Milano Centrale to the hotel by tram and then a short walk - easy even with luggage.

    We were very pleased with our stay at Santa Marta Suites. We opted not to go for the breakfast, which is served in a room next door to the hotel. Our room was clean, well-designed, with state-of-the-art bathroom fixtures. Loved the statue right outside our window. Bed was comfortable. Concierge was great and keen to be helpful.
