    Location very central and yet quite quiet. Classic Double Room - requested quiet room facing the courtyard butgot room facing the main street Room 208 but luckily it was not noisy.Only hotel in Italy so far with hair conditioner. Tiny room with tiny shower room Floor in shower room could be a bit cleaner (maybe just a bit old), but clean lines and calming decor. Need to bring own magnifying mirrorGood hairdryerBreakfast didn’t offer any cooked items and asked for eggs but all they could offer was scrambled eggs unless you pay extra!Other breakfast items were very nice.

    Boutique gem in central Milan

    An absolute gem of a boutique hotel in central Milan. We stayed for two nights and couldn’t fault the service from all staff we encountered from reception to the bar / restaurant. A haven from the hustle and bustle of Milan, especially returning to the tranquil garden and roof terrace after a long day sight seeing. Very convenient location that’s only a 10 minute walk to the cathedral area and also minutes away from the shopping district. Would not hesitate in recommending!

    We loved our 3 nights at this chic boutique hotel. Everything from the hotel itself, to the rooms, to the breakfast in the gorgeous garden courtyard, to the service by all staff, was excellent. What was also a pleasant surprise, was how convenient the hotel’s location was for all forms of Milan’s transport - the Line 1 tram, various buses and metro lines, and even getting out to Linate airport was a breeze.

    Poor Customer Service / No Amenities

    Not going into much detail but this hotel was terrible. €570 for one night in a room that was furnished by someone running a modest AirBnB was laughable. No amenities in the entire hotel aside from a useless garden pond that serves no purpose and takes up the entire middle area of the hotel. On top of that, the air conditioning in our room was broken. After returning from dinner, my wife and I called reception to let them know and they said they’d send a maintenance worker to come look. After switching the breaker on and off for the next 15 minutes, they said they would need to move us to another room, which meant that we ended up not getting to sleep for another hour. The next morning I asked if there was anything they could do to for our inconvenience - €50…Please do yourself a favor and stay at the Milan Mariott for less than half the price..     This hotel is located very close, walking distance from city centre and has an easy access to any destination -direction in Milan.Small boutique hotel with very dark decor. We booked superior room which was fine and coming with small terrace too. Breakfast is good. Overall good stay for a short trip up to 5 days, quite expensive too 450e/day, however hotels in Milan seem to be very expensive.
