    Very helpful staff - they speak English well. It’s not central so takes 30 minutes on no14 tram which is directly across the road to catch every 10 minutes. Public transport is very cheap you buy at the taboconist. You can buy 1 day ticket or 3 day. Rooms were warm but I asked for a fan and it was taken to my room . I had a single room and my parents had a twin. Maids come every day to clean and change towels. Nice varied choice at breakfast - it’s self service for everything. Bottled water in room provided each day. There’s a fridge and a hairdryer. No kettle. Sky tv in many languages.There’s 3 restaurants nearby easy to walk to on same street - all were good food - cheaper than eating in city and good for when you waiting for taxi home. All the hotel is very clean, there’s toilets in the lobby. Theres computers to use the internet but I didn’t use them so don’t know the cost. Gianluca was very helpful and approachable nothing was too much trouble and his English is excellent

    The hotel is situated at the north of Milano and easily reachable by public transport.An old design and fashion makes the hotel to be seen in between 3-4 stars. The check in and out speeds are efficient.There is free WiFi but the connection is not stable.The room is clean and big but old fashioned. You may feel like it is a smoking room as the furniture and the bedroom are keeping the history of the years.The breakfast serves for all nerds at the 6th floor. I suggest for short and business occasions.

    The location was very good. The facilities were nice. Well connected to tram and metro. A nice supermarket / mall was very close. A convenient parking facility and friendly staff. A nice bar and restaurant is attached. Did not try tge breakfast

    Easily accessible by the number 1 old fashioned tram from the centre of the city takes around 40 mins but good fun, wouldn’t recommend with more than a rucksack though as space limited.Hotel clean and comfortable. Didn’t experience any issues with noise. Breakfast fine, standard European offer.Great value for a one night stay

    Although the 4th star is a little bit of an exaggeration, it is certainly a good hotel. The only drawback I see is that windows do not provide enough acoustic insulation, and the rooms facing the main street are quite noisy all over the night. Rooms are nice, although they are a little bit on the small side, while the bathroom was quite spacious. Clean. Breakfast ok. A rather complicated parking system, so allow for 10 minutes to have your car back.
