    Lovely place to stay. Our room was bright and cleaned every day and change of towels. The receptionists were lovely and very helpful. We also got to do a late check out which was of great benefit. It is close to the central station which is a bonus for travelling. We would stay here again.

    They gave us room with no wifi and no television.I donot know why . When we complained .they said we cannot do anything as you have already checked in that room.Dated 4th dec.2023.Sachin malikWe had already paid them in advance 1 day before checking in on 4th december.So i am not happy.

    I made an online booking through Agoda. Acidentally I booked this for the wrong dates. I contacted the Hotel who told me the only way to change the booking dates was to go through Agoda. I contacted Agoda who tried to assist me to change the booking dates and contacted the hotel. The hotel refused the request to change the booking. I do not recommend booking Hotel Terminal online, the person respoding to the customer service email was also very short and unpolite, and I believe unhelpful in a situation where they could have helped if they had wanted too. I would not think of booking this Hotel again.

    Yes. It is good because is near the Central Station , 10’ of walking, but the rooms are old and are not renovated. Also are small for a family with one child ( as ours ). Clean ? As it can be. If you want a hotel near CS this is ok, but take in consideration that is not renovated.

    I was worried after reading all the bad reviews about this hotel on various platforms. But i really didnt had any issues. The checkin was smooth. Rooms were big and clean. Yes the furniture etc one can find it to be old but its not that bad as said in reveiws. Its close to station which was our only reason to book this hotel. There are many restaurants nearby. The turkish restaurants near this hotel is very nice. The staff here are not that professional but they get the job done and are polite. Overall its a nice hotel, but dont have high expectations and staff to pamper you always.
