    Terrible hotel not recommended

    rating23 Sept 2024

We found this hotel through booking that looked nice and was booked for a business trip , our flight got suddenly cancelled due to MXP strike in Milan , and as force majeure , the hotel refused to refund the nights totally or partially and not even than , but surprised to find out that they hang on the phone while trying to call to solve the issue by the reception, and ideally this should be a 4 star hotel that should give respect to their guests ,

Terrible experience and go against policy

    rating23 Sept 2024

Highly not recommended. Very unprofessional hotel and go against their own policies. Zero safety measurements on credit card details given upon booking which they claim will not be used until arrival day and /or in case of no show. And there's no means of decent "professional" communication.

    Luxurious and Fun!

My first experience in a boutique hotel, and I absolutely loved it. It's a fantastic location close to all the places I wanted to visit, and since I was celebrating my birthday, they upgraded me to a terrace room. The room size was lovely because I enjoy having plenty of space. The scent of the soap they used in the bathroom was delightful. The only issue was with the water in the shower, as it flooded the area when I used it. I informed them about it, and they fixed it.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Milan

    rating12 Mar 2024

We stayed three nights in a street-facing room on the fourth floor. Building has a lift. Our room had a lovely small terrace with views over the Via Monte Napoleone. The room was clean, bed pretty good and amenities were fine. Enough space for all our luggage. Reception was quick and helpful, also responsive over email. The hotel is located on two floors in what is likely an 18th century building, which means the shape of the rooms and hallways is a bit quirky, and some bits need a touch-up. No breakfast and the walls are indeed a bit thin. Street below is lively, at least until around 9pm.Pros however far outweigh the cons and no doubt the strongest selling points are the location and the value for money (in March at least). Short walk to the Duomo, Galleria, and Milan’s shopping districts. The metro is closeby as is tram line 1 (10 minutes to Da Vinci’s Last Supper). Would stay here again.

Mixed opinion - some very good but some bad

    rating22 Dec 2023

The hotel is located in between the designer shops, which is fantastic for shopping. It’s not too far from the metro system and walking distance to the duomo. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no breakfast option in the hotel. There is free Wifi. Our room was not very clean and there were dust bunnies that moved across the bathroom floor. Both showers leaked and one had very poor drainage and would be very close to overflowing in < 5 minutes. One of our beds was an inflatable mattress on the floor. I have to admit that I expected better for about 450 euros/night.
