    Disappointing.

    The hotel initially has a grim appearance, almost like a crime scene.The cleanliness is adequate overall, although the rooms show poor maintenance.The air conditioning was turned on the third night; before that, we were cooling off with the hairdryer (it is currently 33 degrees outside).The dinner is on the edge of being adequate; if you book for more than 10, you will leave hungry.Some of the staff do not even speak Italian; generally not recommended.     Hotel not far from malpensa, 15 minutes, quiet in the countryside.Large parking , standard welcome, nice room, clean.Restaurant inside (cheap and good enough in the end, limited menu), or else you have to drive 5 minutes to the village to find others.Price correct for the area.Only reproach, the breakfast room (hot dishes available) is a little dark.     Very good value for money. Though not next door to the airport Nice room gardens well insulated Good WiFi and very friendly staff . This room was the best priced in the area to equivalent stars and honestly an exellent value . We were happy and probably return
