    We made a spontaneous booking at this hotel in Milan after deciding to leave a day earlier than originally planned. After a rather disappointing experience at a previous stay within an IHG affiliated hotel despite being a Platinum member I was hesitant about choosing a similar IHG member hotel again. However, the excellent reviews convinced me to give this hotel a try.Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised. We received two complimentary drinks, and in the room we found water, biscuits, and small cakes waiting for us.The room was spotless, very well maintained, with a perfect temperature and no noise at all. We were given a room on a higher floor, and the view was beautiful.The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.The bar service was excellent, and the bartender was very friendly. Both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the option for late check-in and late check-out was a big plus.What I appreciated the most was the bed and pillows  they were incredibly comfortable and allowed us to sleep very well.Overall, the hotel is very clean, not only in the rooms but also in all common areas, and it is very well maintained.It was a truly pleasant experience.

    Staying here as we attended a football game at San Siro. Wow what can I say, beautiful hotel and we got a complimentary upgrade to a suite (as I am diamond elite), our room was ready early. Breakfast was great, the service and staff was 10/10, thank you very much for looking after us.     Area was not great, also not happy that you have to pay for parking €12 a day even when paying to stay at the hotel. Dont really have access to much facilities.The room layout was terrible, the shower had no door so it steamed up the room. The toilet has no ventilation. More like a kids room with views of abandoned graffiti buildings.     The rsting is based on value to customer service. The property is not the best given its location to Milan Center but is an excellent value given the excellent customer service, what it offers and the accommodation. Overall, this property excels at observing IHG loyalty. It is probably one of the best in this regards.I like the modern decor and style. Good points:- Breakfast - wifi consistency- Parking (plentiful and reasonably priced)- location to public transport. - customer service (top notch)- easy access to highway (motorway)Points that you may not like:- about 45 mins - 1hr from city center by public transport.- hard to ger to grocery stores. You can see Lidl but getting there is less than easy.Overall: would stay again and would recommend.
