  Conveniently located, modern rooms with fully equipped kitchen

  Conveniently located an easy walk to the Metro and a few stops from Duomo. This relatively new, modern accommodation offers completely equipped kitchen suitable for longer stay and meal prep in your room or suite. Staff are friendly but service is non-exsistent. Rooms are large, and fully equipped but shower needs cleaning of accumulated mold. Large free washers and dryers are a plus. Complimentary breakfast consists of bring your own plate from your room to the lobby to select a croissant or cupcake. On site, secure parking for a fee.

  Well located, clean and modern stay

  We stay here for 3 nights on our trip to Milan. We arrived late after a delayed flight and they had a very easy self checkin service available. The apartment is clean, well located and comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay here. The metro station is about a 7 min walk away from the apartment - which is so handy for getting around Milan. The Prada museum is located right beside the apartment also.

  This place is not up with the standards they are promising Is not clean, very sloppy and too expensive for what they offer There are manyalternatives in Milan that are better than this place They definitely need to improve their inclination to costumers needs I am n ot going back.

  Stayed with wife and 2 kids in large suite while brother and wife stayed in another room for the same weekend as we coordinated a visit to our sister who lives walking distance from the hotel.This hotel is quirky- not sure if the building started out as something else and became a hotel, but anyway it served us just fine.Quirky - the property has a private entrance which is gated, requiring the front desk to let in unregistered guests (e.g. taxis or visitors), but depending on whether the person on duty went to the washroom or is attending someone else, there is no way to get in if he gate is closed- there are no phones/intercom in the room, so the only way to contact the front desk is to head downstairs- the wifi had a 29 character passkey (fortunately, once set it did not need reprogramming)- they have a coin-op washer and dryer, but no detergent on site- there is no breakfast on the premises, but croissants are served daily when staff arrive- the elevator has a Buddhist colour coding for each floor (see photo)Our room was handicap accessible, so the bathroom had oversized space for wheelchair access - very spacious. And yet not so much room for toiletries except on the ledge of the mirror. Moreover, the shower box had a tendency to spill all over the place after showers and we had no implements to mop up the floor afterwards, except for some towels.That said, the rooms were very spacious, even with the living room sofa unfolded into a bed. Kitchen amenities were ample and the motorized window blackouts worked as intended. AC worked well during the sweltering summer heat.Reception staff were friendly, although there were periods that no one was manning the front desk. I would like to recommend guests looking for breakfast options to consider the Fondazione Prada which has a mini-cafe open even on Sunday morning. There is also a cafe about 3 blocks away that seems to be open all the time. I think people looking to find a Buddhist vibe would dig this place. I appreciated the proximity to my sister's apartment, but I doubt that would be the major appeal to most guests.

  Quiet and clean

  Just came back from Milan where I stayed in Zambala for 5 nights and it was the second year in a row that my colleagues and I stay here and could not complain about anything! the hotel is located a bit away from the Duomo which is really great because it's quiet but the good thing is that you can reach anywhere in Milan using the LODI T.I.B.B. subway located a few mns' walk from the hotel. Next to the Zambala you have some interesting places such as the Fondazione Prada and the QC Terminale Milano Spa. The staff were really helpful and decent, making sure everyone was more than satisfied. We each stayed in a nice studio with a queen bed, kitchenette and private bathroom. On the ground floor, you can use the gym, yoga room, even a laundry room! We will surely stay here next year for the Salone Del Mobile.
