  Extreme hospitality, sympathy of all the staff that goes straight to the heart!

  Very, very clean hotel with excellent staff! The kindness, courtesy and hospitality are the strong point of ALL those who work at Bella Napoli. Breakfast offers food for all palates and is served by two extremely attentive and friendly ladies. I thank Mr. Rosario because it was for all of us (schoolchildren and two teachers) the most beautiful good morning we could wish for and provided us every morning with very useful tips about the city!   Very good welcome very kind and helpful, clean room and stocked with everything , but the TOP was breakfast , also there very nice and cute, varied breakfast, p on both savory and sweet, I must say that the thing that struck us is the quality ', then those Pan cake ... 💜💜💜💜 exceptional !!!!!   Horrible experience in this hotel. Our group of 10 had booked our stay here. We asked to serve breads during breakfast but the staff was unable not understand our request as she did not speak English. The owner came to us listen our problem. As soon as we shared our request for bread, we were threatened by the owner and he asked to call cops on us for this. Our group of 10 had to leave from there without breakfast. Also at the time if booking we were informed that this is hotel but actually it's a lodge run by ill-mannered people. The location of this lodge is unsafe and it is not advised to roam in that locality after 8 pm due to high cases of theft. Please do not book this place for your stay. Extremely disappointed

  We had booked to stay at the Hotel Bella Napoli but when we arrived there, we were informed by someone claiming to own the hotel that we would be stating somewhere else. We were walked 5 minutes down the road to these suites, and told us we were being upgraded to a “4*” room. The room was right off the reception so was incredibly loud, we could easily hear an argument between another guest and the person on the desk about how bad their room was and they wanted a refund and to change hotel. He was also talking loudly on the phone until midnight as we were trying to sleep. The bathroom had a terrible sewage smell coming into the room and we were charged 6 euros each for a city tax which is in fact only 2.5 each. We did not dare go for breakfast as we wanted to be out of that place as soon as possible. Do not stay here, or the Hotel Bella Napoli!!!

  A wonderful hotel located in the heart of Naples, very convenient if you arrive from the airport (direct shuttle, 15 min non-stop trip from NAP), or from the train station of course. The rooms have been fully refurbished so it’s all neat and new, very clean. Superior rooms have a balcony with a view on the Plazza Garibaldi and the Vesuvio afar, beautiful. On the top of that, the breakfast is truly delicious with a lot of choices, and the croissants and viennoiseries are simply to die for… believe me, as a frenchman it’s hard to admit :) Special thanks to Pierro for his warm welcoming, and to Rosario for being so nice and helpful to us, he moved heaven and earth to find us the best room and to put a smile on our faces, the most lovely first impression we could hope for from Napolitans!
