Facility

3 junior suites, 1 single room and 10 double rooms are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Don’t book unless you’re on a tight budget.

    We stayed as a family of four, but the room was tiny with little space for luggage. There was a constant sewer smell, mold in the bathroom, and poor water pressure. The balcony door wouldn’t lock, so we had to block it with a bedside table. The bed was uncomfortable, and the area was noisy and unsafe. There was also no Wi-Fi. Positive was leaving ☺️ Overall 1/5 — I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re on a tight budget.

    1/10stars Terrible location, bad neighbourhood, plumbing was horrible didn’t drain, heaters didn’t work, Wifi was very weak & unsecured, couldn’t go after dark as too unsafe, breakfast was poor & no variety, no elevator, no blankets, nightlife was loud and gave poor sleep quality, terrible experience. Windows locks didn’t lock properly, bathroom door didn’t open/close properly. Very run down hotel. Owner doesn’t speak English.

    Dump in a dump

    Complete dump in dump location. Room is awful. No Aircon. No fridge. Mould in bathroom with sink hanging off the wall and broken fixtures . Mouldy shower as well. Staff don't speak English or deem not to understand. The location is deplorable. Surrounded by derelict streets covered in rubbish and graffiti. It's almost impossible to find a normal safe looking shop or area. Avoid this hotel

    The worst Hotel we have stayed at that we can remember. The man at reception was rude and avoided eye contact. The aircon unit began dripping water onto the wardrobe in the night. There was black algae in the shower recess. Toilet flush did not work properly The room's door handle was loose and came away from the door! Breakfast choice was terrible....I could go on but I think you will have got the message.

    Worst hotel that we have stayed in

    This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. I don’t know how many stars it is but I would only think it would be 2 as our previous 3 star hotel rooms had more offerings. It is tired and the location is quite seedy for Naples, with some surrounding streets to avoid as they are derelict. The room has no internet, you have to go down to reception to use it. They have had complaints about it but have done nothing to resolve it. There is no fridge, no complementary water on arrival. There is no elevator so if you have heavy suitcases it is a struggle to get up the stairs. It is noisy at night with street cars and yelling although there are double glazed windows they do not help. There is a light that doesn’t turn off and flickers in the night. Concierge (if you would call him that) is useless and while the rooms look clean, our bathroom has mould, a toilet seat that doesn’t fit and broken towel rail. I can’t understand how this Hotel is included on Qantas and listed as one of their hotels. There are much better hotels out there, avoid this one.
