    Not bad but I had better expectations!Beautiful pools and with all working jets, beautiful spa, not bad environment.The standard rooms are dated but cleanliness ok!... sore point is the dining room and dinner part:.. absence of trained staff and put in a hurry during lunch and dinner bringing dishes when you are still appetizer .. forget the tranquility when you are in the room!... even if something is wrong and you make it known to the staff, rest assured that no one will consider your request!.. it is not a criticism but the simple truth!I had higher expectations, too bad!Try x to compare to other structures!     All went completely fine. Good food, nice rooms and the staff is also very friendly and engaged, especially Alfredo. Alltough the stressful workingroutine, he allways has a smile on his face and wants to make sure his guests have a nice stay. I'm also sure he is a good fellow cyclist and i wish him all the best for his future!

    We've been to Harrys many times. This visit was not so good. The food was not as expected. We seemed to have a server with an attitude. It did appear that she was not pleased that we didn't take her suggestion to order the nightly fish special but chose the price fix instead. One in our party had to send her food back because the meat was too tough. That also displeased our server. Not going back for dinner for a long time. There brunches are Terrific!

    lovely hotel and great prices. the pools are amazing and very relaxing. i recommend this hotel, been there twice and can't wait to go again. the staff are friendly and most speak english.
