    Very disappointing. It all started upon our arrival, our luggage were standing in the hall (by the way no one cared about helping us with our 10 suitcases and two old ladies and my handicapped sister accompanying me) and one of the ladies of the staff (probably the manager) stumbled into one of our suitcases and complained about the fact that they were not supposed to be there, on her way… No apology, nothing. No comment! The room we had was old, the carpet was not clean, everything needs to be renovated. It is not a 4 star hotel; rather a 3 star. You go there for staying in the hot pool but they do not provide you with slippers (you have to pay for them) or towels (which you also need to pay for). They also make you wear a swimming cap in the pool and again they charge you for this. A disgrace. Swimming pool is nice though. We had some dinners at the hotel and the food was good but the service is rather poor.

    Friendly hotel in good location, marvelous pool landscape with many features (jets, bubble beds, underwater cycles, etc.). Good and modern equipped rooms. In our room, however, there was no useful possibility for writing or computing. There was no writing desk/console und the small coffee tables have an elevated rim which is obstructive (see photo).

    Very nice suite with big bathroom and gardrobe , frigo, big terrace and old furniture.Not so confortable. 2 tv with enough programms. The breakfast is very good and coffee and juice not from automat.Safe is avalaible in room.

    We have a little suite on teh first floor, it was really nice but the meubles was littlebit old and unconfortable. Big terrace and very good bathroom with big shower.The breakfast was excellent and fresh italian coffee specialities not automat coffee!The pool is o.k. but the water is to hot for swimming.

    We feel fully relaxed after our weekend here. All the staff were professional and really friendly. The dinner and breakfast were delicious with a very generous choice. We really enjoyed using the pools inside and outside and had a really good massage. Thank you! We will definitely be back!
