    The four star hotel for sure.Room service - 5 of 5Treatment service - 5 of 5Front desk service - 5 of 5Your restaurant and food quality have some problems:1. Despite the good quality of the products and the conscientious preparation of the dishes, the taste of the food is average. Often the dishes were oversalted.2.The buffet selection was the same day after day.3. The choice of breakfast food was boringly monotonous.4. The waiters were slow, hectic and forgetful with few exceptions.5. The drinks and dessert were great. Special thanks to the chef who made them masterfully.Maybe the problem is the cook.. Your cuisine is not quite Italian and not international. Мake your choice of cuisine.The internet is awful!! Your advertisement that the internet is fast and high-quality does not correspond to reality.We lived on the 11th floor and the internet only worked in the bedroom. In the living room it didn't work at all. It's a shame keeping in mind that we are living in the 21st century. It is so easy to fix this problem nowadays.     Great experience. We went for the thermal waters and were not so crowded. It is an old hotel, we upgraded our room and even then the bathroom was very tiny. Especially the shower.The location is good. Parking was very tricky. The service during breakfast could be better. Waitresses seemed tired/bored.     All good. Excellent service. Good reception. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Everything was fine and good maintained. Very friendly waiters and also the food was good. Air condition worked. Only very small elevators, but this the only negative issue.
