    Beds need updating

    A clean well located hotel with breakfast that's adequate. What let's it down is the bed is hard and join in middle makes it very uncomfortable. The bed only had 2 uncomfortable pillows also. We had a poor sleep. A topper pad would solve this issue with 2 more quality pillows.No jug and cups jn the room so can't even make a drink.

    Reception very swanky, then felt I’d been transported back several decades to Albania when I opened the bedroom door.Single bed pushed against the wall, only plug socket in the bathroom, had to charge my phone on the toilet lid. Bathroom nothing like any in the photos. On the upside plenty of hot water and WiFi worked.

    We were delighted to return to the Albania this year with our adult sons. The hotel is very clean, very comfortable and in a very convenient location. The selection at breakfast is excellent and regularly replenished and the staff are all very helpful. We have already booked to return next year.

    Still no A/C. After many years of people complaining, still they say it will be fixed in a " few days". After all this time they would offer fans in all rooms, rather than a single fanfor the entire property. It's loud with the windows open, no screens to keep out rhe bugs. The best feature, the Terrace was off limits due to some construction. Do not recommend. Enza at the front desk was the only positive. Stay somewhere else for the money.

    We stayed in several hotels on a cycling trip through Italy and this was easily the worst. Beds are like concretePillows like sleeping on a paving slabNo water in our roomDreadful security- you leave your key in a pigeon hole that is not behind reception- we went out for the evening (there is no bar or restaurant) and when we returned there were a number of people in reception and we just got out key - we could have been anybody .The worst aspect is how the hot the rooms are and at midnight they switched off the air conditioning and the heat was unberable so combined with the terrible beds its made for an unpleasant night . Breakfast room on the roof is nice and an average breakfast
