    This was a cute little B&B. We had the king room with the most charming balcony overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed our Aperol spritz and even a take away dinner out there with the view. Gorgeous. The only issue with our room is there isn’t much privacy in the bathroom, meaning there is no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom area, which is already pretty small. The toilet sliding glass door does not provide any privacy, nor does the glass shower door. The toilet area is tiny, you can’t even sit on the toilet without hitting your knees against the glass door, and I’m petite! The flush is super loud so in the middle of night, we’d forgo flushing to avoid waking each other up. Fortunately, my friend and I gave each other privacy during the morning and left the room when needed. There is no full length mirror. The robes were nice and the pillows were super soft. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooftop is small, but offers a beautiful view. It’s a good spot for a cocktail and a bite. They make a really good Aperol spritz! Breakfast cannot be served earlier than 8:30am. Sometimes if you’re lucky, there may be staff at 8am to make you a cappuccino. It’s very laid back in that respect. Roberto is super friendly, but not responsive over text. The place was in a great location in old town by the water and rocks. It’s super charming for a couple nights.

    The best place in all monopoli. Bellavista Lounge is a place that feels like a small escape from everyday life. The atmosphere is modern, warm, and elegant, with a relaxed Mediterranean-boho vibe that makes you want to stay for hours. The food is both beautiful and flavorful, made with fresh ingredients and presented with great attention to detail.What stands out the most is the presentation, every dish looks almost like a piece of art without feeling overdone. The menu combines Italian influences with a modern international touch in a very harmonious way. Drinks are wonderful. The staff is welcoming, and the service makes the entire experience feel personal and genuine. Bellavista is perfect for a calm brunch, an elegant dinner, or a drink during sunset or sunrise.A restaurant with a very strong identity, beautiful aesthetics, and an atmosphere that stays with you long after your visit.

    The location is perfect, the beds super comfy, the view on the terrace was spectacular! But that’s about all I have to say regarding the accommodation, it’s lovely but if you are wanting hospitality attentiveness you won’t receive. We had a broken door handle which took 2 days to fix. No hot water on our last day. The owner is too focused on encouraging 5euro per guest/business out in the laneway to use his rooftop than focus on his inhouse guests. Anyone can come in and use the terrace. The noise of guests arriving and using the spiral staircase was just outside our room. It was painfully annoying, forget an afternoon siesta.The music the owner has playing on repeat out the front lane to attract patrons was blaring until 11pm each night. BRING EAR PLUGSWhilst breakfast was included, we would have eaten here, lunch, dinners if we were given a menu when we were on the rooftop terrace. Yesterday guests were on the pool lounge with their belongings all over it while using 2 chairs beside their lounge, oh and then their food arrived and they took up a table for 2 not even staying at the accommodation. Breakfast is not served until 8:30am. If you are an early riser, get snacks!My suggestion would be to be prioritise and be attentive to your in house guests, they may spend more and then you may not need outside business!
