  Charming place to stay in the heart of Ostuni

  Lovely little stay in Casa Baldassarre, a stones throw from the main piazza of Ostuni.A bright, light, comfortable place to stay just off the main square. Lovely little balcony to watch the locals and tourists alike at night with a bottle of prosecco. Couldn't fault anything with the accommodation, but would have liked a safe in the room, but best hairdryer I have come across on my travels through Italy! Great base to travel through the Puglia region, highly recommended. Our host, Alessandra, was on call for any of our needs from turning the aircon on to recommendations for places to visit.Many thanks Alessandra for all your help.

  Fabulous Villa with a Beautiful View

  We stayed in Villa Balda for a week with two other couples and it was a perfect place for us. It is beautifully decorated and fully appointed. There was even a jacuzzi looking out over the sea to soothe our tired muscles after climbing the hills and stairs surrounding Positano. There are shops conveniently located to purchase food items as well as wine and liquor. We also had several wonderful restaurants, which we have reviewed, just up the street as well as up the stairs from the villa. All were worth the climb. One night, our host, Balda Florentino, cooked a fabulous meal with paired wines for us. It was a true culinary delight. All of the items were freshly sourced from the sea and surrounding gardens. It was truly spectacular in presentation and taste. We highly recommend a meal prepared by Balda. It was a magical week in Positano and staying in this spectacular three bedroom, three en-suite bathrooms villa with an unbeatable view started off our southern Italy adventure the perfect way! If you want to stay in and cook, you will not find a more fully equipped kitchen. We highly recommend Villa Balda.   Clean, nice B&B - bring earplugs

  Clean, nice b&b with lovely balcony facing the street. Breakfast (coffee and croissant) served at nearby café. Close both to parking and centro storico. It tends to get real noisy in the morning so bring earplugs and you will be fine.   Nice, clean ... but no way to sleep !

  We spend 1 night in Ostuni in Casa Baldassare. It is a kind of small apartment with 2 rooms nicely decorated, clean. Nothing to say about that. The room we got was just directly on a street with traffic and not far from the main place. Isolation of the windows is not good. So we were hearing the music coming from the main place during the night, as well the people, the cars etc ... You just need to know it. I like party but when I want to sleep I like to have not all the noise in my room. And i am a good sleeper ... Both my partner and my kids didn’t sleep because of the noise.There is maybe some apartments not directly on this street, I recommend you to ask before booking.   Great BnB in good location

  This BnB was actually about half an apartment with bedroom, bathroom and sitting room. Was spacious, modern and really well appointed. We got directions from the owner re where to park and the place was a short bag drag from there. You cannot park in front of it and it is actually up steps on a laneway. Breakfast was provided in a little, nearby cafe, and was the usual coffee and pastry. Short walk into old town for sightseeing. Only negative was that it is right on a main road, and the traffic noise starts early and is considerable. If you choose the non-balcony suite next door, it may be less noisy. We were left towels for our second day, and hostess texted to see if all had been good. Very pleasant stay.
