Location

The hotel is set in an ideal location for daily excursions exploring the beauties of this region. Guests have a choice of areas of architectural interest such as Castel del Monte and Trani with their ancient castles. Guests can enjoy the magical atmospheres of Barletta and Canne della Battaglia, which are the location of epic medieval battles, visit the religious site of San Giovanni Rotondo and explore the salt flats of Margherita di Savoia. Just 2 km from the farm house there is Margherita di Savoia where there are a lot of sandy beaches, thermal baths, shops and public transport.

Facility

24 rooms are available to guests. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The resort offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Great place not to far from everything

    Had a great experience! We went primarily for the beach and beach town that was only a 3 min drive. We arrived early and the staff recognized how tired we were from our long journey and quickly had a room prepared for us even though we were early! We really appreciated this! Breakfast was great- if you are looking for an American breakfast this is not the place, but a great traditional Italian spread is put out to enjoy with some great local items like figs and grapes and baked goods special to the region! Although we did not need it- the rooms are equipped with a kitchen and cooking equipment and a grocery store is not far away! The staff was great and kind and everything was clean.     A massive disappointment

    Pool open for everybody- resulting in 20-30 teenagers every day. Small, dark rooms with no inventory in the kitchen. Small balconies - even for a quadruple room, only space for two people. Thin walls. Did buy dinner one evening - 100 EUR for two adults and two small kids - very expensive compared to restaurants. First Dish; Mellon with Parma and Second dish local pasta with vegetable - really bad compared to Puglia restaurants. We would not recommend the place. A massive disappointment.

    Fantastic Staff, Lovely Weekend

    We had a very relaxing three night stay the end of September. We have stayed in Pugiia earlier this year and found this resort to be very good value for what was provided. The rooms have a fridge, tv and patio area and we spent two evenings relaxing here with a glass (or two) of wine having spent our days travelling to the Garganzo region as well as Trani and the more southern coastline. Continental breakfast was provided every morning and Mariagrazia and Ciara looked after us very well. The pool was closed for the season but we swam in the Adriatic on two days and it was fabulous. I think if the pool had been open we would not have left as we were very comfortable so maybe this was a good thing for us!!! Giovanni at the gate was very helpful and special thanks to Fabrizio who looked after us very well and brought a personal touch to our stay that we have not experienced anywhere else in Italy. Thank you for a lovely stay and we hope to see you all on our next trip to Puglia!!!

    We where here for a week. Loved it!! The rooms are far enough from the swiming pool, so if there is a night party you will not be disturbed. You can walk among of the olives trees, or drive your car to the parking near the swiming pool. The rooms are simple but new and sparking clean. The crew is very polite and helpful. The Margherita Di Savoia lovely sand beaches is just 6 minutes by car. This was perfect relaxing vacation we had. Thank you!! And to my friends from Israel in Hebrew:חופשת בטן גב מדהימה. בריכה מהממת בין מטעי עצי זית. החדרים נמצאים כ 100 מטר מהבריכה, את ארוחת הבוקר אכלנו בגינה ליד מבנה קרוב לבריכה. לא כל כך מבינים אנגלית אבל מסתדרים. מאוד אדיבים. מומלץ מאוד. מחכים כבר לפעם הבאה.

    Disappointment

    This place was desserted when we arrived except for the man at the gate who led us on his bicycle to our unit. He rushed off without explaining how the electricity works so we were left stumbling around trying to find lights and the controls to turn the power on. The bed looked like it was made of rock and the bathroom was dingy. There were no other guests at all at the property. When we requested an upgraded room we were told they were all the same. We choose not to spend any time there and found much better accommodations in town, right on the beach, for less money. My advice is to avoid this place.
