Location

The hotel is situated on a hill in a rural countryside setting, characterised by its rich vegetation of olive and almond trees which prosper in the carsic soil. This corner of Italy is rich in history and tradition and perfect for those who want to appreciate Apulia's cultural heritage. The centre of Alberobello is only a 5-minute walk away. Guests will find restaurants and links to the public transport network in the near vicinity of the hotel. Bari is an hour's drive away.

Facility

20 junior suites, 2 suites and 9 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     It is located just 5 minutes away from the centre of Alberobello, therefore the location is very convenient. The room was spacious and clean. I loved the view. The room was overlooking the fields. The employees at Hotel Olimpo are very welcoming, cordial and helpful. We needed to book a taxi, and the receptionist helped us to find a taxi in no time. I will definitely visit in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay.     Hard to believe this has 4 stars! Falling stars anyway. The room was very simple with a dated bathroom with terrible free soap and shower gel trays - no set of soap, shampoo, body gel .. as one expects in a 4 star hotel.. No free water and 1 plastic cup for use both in the room and in the bathroom. No coffee or tea in the room. night noise from kitchen and generators for air conditioning. Very simple and not inspiring breakfast. Also the dinner - no buffet - is simple and of no high quality. Prices for drink are prices of a 5 star hotel - 5 euros for a Coke - 10 euros for a glass of wine !!! A hotel to never come back.     Hard to believe this is rated 4 star! I would compare it to a Travelodge in the UK. Rooms are very basic with horrible complimentary soap and shower gels. No free water and plastic cups in the "mini bar". Really basic and uninspiring breakfast. Literally the only good thing is the short walk into Alberobello.

    10 minute walk to city center. Rooms were nice.Food in restaurant was not that good. Couldn’t change temperature in room. Fridge in our room did not work. We could hear people in neighboring rooms and although they asked you to hang up the towels for reuse, they took them anyway.
