    Super spot in the middle of town

    Small but very well appointed room with kitchen and bathroom facilities and serviced daily which we didn't expect. Breakfast of Croissant, Juice and Coffee included at local cafe ( Bar del Maré) which was good. Free parking available in a street nearby (note, it is not free in the summer months- we were off season). Hosts very welcoming and helpful. Nice setting right in the middle of Monopoli but in a quiet area so not noisy at all. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here very much. One point to note is that access to our first floor apartment was via a steep narrow staircase which may be challenging for people with mobility issues. We would advise potential guests to check that the property booked is accessible if they have such problems as there seem to be various properties in the area managed by this company. We would recommend them and the apartment - just be aware of the access issue if you need to.

    100% for location, you won’t get more central and pretty

    If location is the most important thing for you then this is the perfect accommodation for a short break. The rooms are located in one of the most picturesque little streets in the historic centre of Monopoli, many tourists stop outside your window to take photos of the pretty street. The host Anita is super efficient and polite. Our room was small but very clean & tastefully decorated in tune with the area and perfect for our one night stay. There are however a flight of very narrow steep steps up to the bedrooms which would be tricky for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage!

    Lovely place to stay a few nights. Rooms were clean and tidy with a comfortable bed situated in a lovely part of town without noise. We was given a ticket for breakfast to use at a local restaurant but this only included a coffee,pastry and a fruit juice. Would happily return.

    Located in the beautiful Centro Storico we stayed in this renovated appartment. two floors, small kitchen and spacious bathroom. our bedroom even had a spa, where the colourful lights illuminated our night!Breakfast vouchers to nearby café napoli favoured by the locals and makers of fantastic pastries.Quiet and well situated to explore the town. We arrived by car (complicated) in a downpour, but kind locals guided us to the key office.

    Firstly the location is AMAZING!! Just a few minutes stroll to the harbour, old village square, which is busy and open during siesta 2-5, the main part of the town is also a few mins stroll. Getting lost is the best thing here as you find loads of new restaurants and little bars and cafes hidden in the side streets.The apartment is stunning and has more than everything you need and the staff are very helpful. Our apartment was ground floor and over two levels with the bedroom below the kitchen/shower area. We will be returning very soon! Thank you
