    Sorry but this is not a 4* hotel.Its simply an air BnB with a reception.staff very nice - no criticism there.the room we had was 100meters away and it was just a room in a block of flats - really!! wow.the breakfast in the basement was like many hotels and it was terrible, hard cooked eggs and some cakes - so sad for an Italian trip.

    Of all my hotels this week this was the poorest and most disappointing . There is nothing positive I can say. Upon arrival I was given a key and taken to a room in a block 100 yards from reception. It was clean and tidy but no more than a hostel room. Breakfast was a waste of time and I couldn’t wait to leave . It may be what to expect in town but will not return for sure. Lady on reception was lovely but that didn’t really help

    Very friendly and welcoming staff on our arrival and departure. The room was very small but clean and the beds were comfortable. Wouldn't rate as 4* Wifi was patchy and we had to call reception to get the code each time it disconnected as it didn't appear to be in the room. The breakfast was ok. Coffee was very poor (could tell it was as soon as poured - very weak). A lovely touch was a little bag of dried fruit and nuts on our departure. Just what we needed for our long cycle ahead.     Friendly staff, the rooms are clean and beds comfy but a very tiny room. The wifi kept dropping off and strangely the wifi details were not in the room we had to keep going back to reception until we thought to photograph them! Breakfast was in the basement, limited choice and coffee from a flask. Michela Ria, Marketing at Hotel 33 Baroni, responded to this review Hello there, thank you for your time and your contribution. I am sorry you didn't say anything about the dimension of the room you booked, we would have moved you to another. Also about wifi indication, we would have called maintenance to verify the problem and solve it. You are welcome to come back to experience our panoramic breakfast on the terrace, unfortunately because of the bad weather, during your staying we decided to offer it in the internal room for your own comfort. hope to see you soon.

    We didnt stay here due to ants everywere in the bathroom. They gave us another room after some discussions but it was dirty and staff not friendly so we just left. We had to look for another place to stay and it wasent easy cus it was full everywere and cost more.
