  NEVER AGAIN IN THIS PLACE

  Terrible experience and stay. Ruined holidays and no refunds, despite dozens of emails sent. From the first moment we understood the air that was blowing: bivouacs night and day in the common areas, dirt, confusion night and day , shouts from one terrace to another of boys who spent all night in the disco (lucky them)! horrible dirty and unsuitable rooms! the icing on the cake: at dawn they knock on our door by mistake boys completely confused and very altered. I do NOT recommend this accommodation to anyone especially because I have photos and videos that would close the structure in a moment. I love Puglia but I will never come back.   Wonderful experience at a property equipped with every comfort.Competent staff, attentive to every customer need.Excellent staff. I thank the director Carla for the warm Welcoming and for making my stay special 🤍The hotel is a few meters from the main beaches and nightclubs of the bay.Sea view.What else?I add that next to the hotel there are essential services including supermarket, deli, tobacco and ATM :) Even the Duke (my little bunny) thanks for the care received 🐇🤍 Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.it.   I will start with the positives1. Breakfast was amazing in the beautiful restaurant with a beautiful view.2. Ale and Terry( breakfast staff) were really helpful, always smiling, kind, and attentive to details.3. Lucio(receptionist) was really helpful and kind.NEGATIVES1. Very, very rude, housekeeping staff. 2. Beds untidly made.3. Very bad smell in the bathroom4. Rusty sink and shower5. Mouldy bathroom6. Confusing buttons in the lifts( see photo attached, you use this for going to the 5th floor)7. There is too much noise from outside as early as 4am8. Dirty hotel starting from the entrance.

  I stayed here a week with my family and I must say that there are pros and cons, first of all the nicest thing is the kindness of the people who work there, first of all in my opinion the gentlemen of breakfast on the 5th floor were really exceptional with us always treating us very well and super nice to us and our daughter ❤️ even the receptionists are very helpful and always smiling. Breakfast is really done well abundant both sweet and savory (there are also delicious pasticciotti!). The bad thing about the hotel is that as soon as you enter the lobby you are in a very nice and modern structure but the rooms are unfortunately not, the shower is really uncomfortable and would need a makeover and the same goes for the rooms is to be modernized! Another unpleasant note is that twice we found the sheets a bit dirty after the daily cleaning of the room and this left us with a bit of a bitter taste in our mouths ..
