  Today is September 2nd and my family and I should still have been there to stay but after the first day spent in this hotel we preferred to leave.The room was practically dirty everywhere, old in the furnishings no match with what was seen on the internet.We arrived on August 31 and left on September 1.Horrific experience, attached photos of what was said.   Right in the center of the new city, between Corso Roma and Piazza Tellini, close to all the points of interest of Gallipoli, the hotel "Città Bella" gave us a really pleasant stay. Thanks to the sympathy and friendliness of his staff, always ready to respond to every request. Thanks to the advice of Valentina and Federico we could take advantage of valuable culinary offers, pleasant beach services (and with welcome conventions) on the enchanting beaches of the area, attention to every need. The care of Tamara and Monica's service then accompanied the pleasant breakfasts served on the hotel terrace, enriched by the quality of the products offered. The sounds of the square and the flights of stairs to reach the hotel floors at least for us were not a problem.Thanks for the welcome. See you again, maybe.   A beautiful location in the heart of Gallipoli

  I was there with my family in the third week of August: the central location is excellent but in some rooms it leads to hearing a bit of external noise: the friendliness of the girls both at reception and in the morning on the terrace for breakfast is great, they are always available and kind, guaranteeing maximum availability for every request and information. Excellent and meticulous cleaning, towels are changed daily. You enter the room with a convenient card and the air conditioning is very efficient: the room has a small fridge.Sometimes I found it difficult to park the car but it is normal in this period if you don't have a reserved parking space. The hotel seems more like a B@B, very pleasant and panoramic to have breakfast on the terrace with many local delicacies, sweet and savory and good fresh fruit.A small negative thing concerns the reception which is located on the first floor and it would be better to place it in the other entrance on the ground floor (large and free area) to the larger rooms, in the rooms I would place two or three wall hangers which are missing.The possibility of having an umbrella for the free beach available at the reception is convenient.Overall a more than good structure recommended to everyone Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.it.   Hotel in the historic center of Gallipoli, very nice. Nearby beaches within walking distance. Good prices. Very helpful and kind staff. The only thing, there is no lift to go up the various floors.   I stayed 09 nights at the Hotel Città Bella and it was an excellent experience; good location on the main street of the city, quiet and within walking distance of the historic centre.The rooms were very clean, towels changed regularly, the breakfast was very complete and of good quality, with savory foods, sweets, fruit, juices, yoghurt, very complete.Furthermore, I must underline that both girls at the reception are always very available to orient the visitor and assist him as best as possible in general.
