    Great hotel, Great location. Spotless clean. Breakfast was lovely. Staff in the Breakfast room where so helpful and friendly. Reception staff were the same could not do enough for you. Thank you to Sandra & Monica for kindness much appreciated. Will definitely be back.

    Comfortable hotel across the street from beachfront restaurants and just a few minutes walk up to Historic Otranto

    This is a mid-priced hotel near Otranto’s waterfront. Our sea view room looked over the waterfront restaurants between the hotel and the sea. Across the Strait of Otranto from our balcony we could see the mountains of Albania. Otranto is Italy’s most easterly point of land. Overnight parking cost us an extra five euros in a parking lot, five minutes walk up a quiet lane. (There is very limited street parking in this busy waterfront area of town). While we have nothing but good things to say about this hotel, it’s not luxury. But it’s a great location, the breakfasts were excellent and the room was remodeled and clean. A good average seaside hotel located very near restaurants and the Historic Otranto city center.

    Hotel Miramare is probably in the best possible location in Otranto. Right on the sea face boulevard, a very short walk into the old town. Many lovely restaurants and cafes all around, and along the waterfront area. And specially not to miss a delightful gelato and a dessert at Martinucci Pastecheria, right below the Hotel. The hotel is old but decently maintained. Rooms look recently renovated and spotlessly clean. We had a room with a balcony facing the sea which was really fantastic. Housekeeping service is provided daily. Good & ample breakfast was available on both mornings. The staff was caring and attentive. The hotel has an arrangement with a parking lot about 100 metres from the hotel, where we parked at a rate of 6 Euros/day which was very reasonable.

    The hotel is located in the Historical Centre of Otranto across the beach. The location is very comfortable due to the fact that there are many shops and restaurants with the main Otranto beach close by with clear blue waters. Nearby are also the very beautiful beaches of Baia dei Turchi and Alimini. The beaches in the mentioned locations are beautiful with crystal waters and with all the facilities, umbrellas, sun beds to rent and delicious restaurants. Also they are furnished of showers and toilets. The hotel itself is clean with large rooms with toilettes, cabinet and very spacious. Moreover, there is daily parking space to rent across from the hotel which will require advance booking through the hotel. The breakfast is completed with delicious pastries, cereals, home made cakes. Last, the beautiful historical centre can be visited on foot and is full of cute shops and restaurants.The Hotel Miramare is def worth to be booked also in terms of value.

    Terrific location with access to the sea and the great shopping and dining options Otranto has to offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful from the two ladies at reception to the two ladies in the breakfast room, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Would very confidently recommend and ever given the chance certainly stay here again.
