    This is not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are dirty. When we checked in, my bathroom had used, empty shampoo packets that were not picked up when cleaned so doubtful if it was cleaned. The pool was green with algae. When I put my jacuzzi tub on, black mold came out from the jets. Really disappointing. Food was not good either as breakfast was included but you had to WhatsApp your hot food and the eggs were disgusting. One order of pancakes will give you one small pancake. It is very noisy with an industrial business next door, a freeway in front and a rail that gives over the pool area. You are a $20 taxi each way from downtown so essential to have a car. I’d stay in the main area of Bari next time and skip this one. Don’t be fooled by the price you get what pay for.

    We chose this hotel as an overnight stop before flight tomorrow. Our room has one shuttered eindiw that looks onto our neighbour's front door and patio. With shutters closed for privacy the room is dark and airless. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant as Bari was so busy. We were the only diners and now I know why: I'm afraid to say what was served to us was the worst food I have ever eaten. It looked unappetizing and tasted worse. Veal with carrot and strawberry salad?? Ravioli stuffed with mashed potato and slathered in flavourless tomato sauce and topped with squid - the squid was not even listed as an ingredient?? It was dense, flavourless and has left me feeling quite queasy. On the up side, the wine was nice. We left quickly. Would not recommend restaurant sadly.

    Hotel itself is nice enough. Just can’t walk anywhere as a main road in front. So £20 taxi ra h time to centre. Restaurant was shut on Sunday when I arrived and was not open until Tuesday night. So taxi it was. Wanted to use the pool but that was closed until mid June. Tried to use the wellness centre tonight and when I was going in was told it was 30 Euros. No mention of that. So if you are looking for the pool or wellness centre. Be careful. And the restaurant opening is not every night.

    A good stopover

    Not long after arriving we had drinks outside by the orange trees. The perfume was amazing. Our room had its own private little courtyard which we loved. Breakfast wasn’t great and had to be ordered through a QR code which we didn’t find easy to use. For dinner there was no choice, it was a fixed menu. Plenty of on site parking. Staff were friendly and helpful.

    Our room was nothing like the pretty rooms in the photos. Four major problems:1) The pool was closed even though it was over 90 degrees Fahrenheit--they say they do not open the pool until June. This was nowhere on their website.2) The room was hot and stuffy--but they said they could not turn on the air conditioner or fan.3) They had a private party with music blaring until midnight.4) They seem to have no sense of customer service. So when we complained about how hot and stuffy the room was, their attitude was, "too bad." They also lied to us repeatedly by saying things like, "The technician will be here tomorrow" when they knew full well that was not trueIn our experience, this was NOT a luxury hotel. The bed was fine and the breakfast was fine, but that's it. The hotel has NO grounds--do not expect to walk through a lovely estate.
