    Great place. Unique room in a trullo. WiFi didn't work sadly. Setting and location is quiet and spacious. Surrounded by olive groves. It is about 4kms from town so easy to get a meal. Large pool and area to relax. Breakfast served in the garden.

    Spectacular. Lovely place, well furnished rooms and excellent cleanliness. Very friendly owners. Super recommended! The place is located in a great location, central between Alberobello and Putignano. The owners gave us lots of advice on various destinations to visit.

    Cool Place and Help When Needed

    We stayed in the trullo pictured and our friends stayed in a room next door. Both were furnished to reflect a historical period. Each had all modern facilities and were quite nice. We had dinner there for 25 Euros each, including wine made on the property. Very nice meal of typical local food in great quantities finished by fresh baked goods. Breakfast was also very good, with fresh items and fruit arrayed in an extensive buffet. The highlight for us, however, was the host. We discovered after arrival that our car had a flat tire. He called "his" tire man who came out, dismounted the tire, repaired it within an hour, and remounted it so we were ready to go. I can't imagine how troublesome this would have been if the host had not been so willing to help. I will say that the rental car company (Hertz) was sympathetic but unhelpful.

    I have a thing for Trulli... and my husband (saint that he is) made it his mission this summer to find me a trullo to call home for a few nights. The Trullo at L’isola Felice did not disappoint. We enjoyed the relaxing pool, picnicking on the patio and staying in the (air conditioned!) trullo.Why not a five? Well, some details - could be cleaned a little more thoroughly (spider webs in multiple places, cigarette butts hiding in unused outdoor ovens), the coffee at breakfast was undrinkable, the bed was fairly uncomfortable even by Italian standards (pillows beyond dead), water temp not well regulated. But overall an excellent time and would return.

    We were having a tour in Puglia for 15 days. As per the description and photos displayed in the ads and per the very positive reviews offered in many websites, this Isola Felice was the most expected accomodation during the trip. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We could not stay the 3 nights foreseen - we only spent the first night, and only because we arrived very late in the evening. Here's a summary of what we faced:- Dirty and stinky towels and bed linens- Unfunctional lamps- Very, very umconfortable pillows and mattress- Shower with no hot water.In overall, the place was definitely not very well taken care of. Very disorganised. The access is very complicated, through tiny roads and with no indications. marco s, Proprietario at L'isola Felice Bed & Breakfast, responded to this review Per prima cosa non ricordo di averla mai ospitato e sicuramente sta confondendo struttura,inoltre quando trovate tutto sporco come dice lei(lenzuola,asciugamani ecc,ecc perche non lo dite a voce e perche non fate le foto in modo da dimostrare quanto detto,altrimenti sono solo chicchere e cattiveria,per qualunque struttura dove realmente ha soggiornato.
