Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hostel include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Rooms

    I loved Lobby Collective Hostel so much, that I extended my stay and not for any other reason other than the fact I just felt at home. Everyone was friendly, sociable, whilst still respecting your space, in a short amount of time there, I felt like I walked away with so many friends and good memories, I feel like I left my family behind. It’s not a party hostel, which was perfect for me, they had a reading room that was great for working remotely, and everything is super clean. Couldn’t have loved it more!!

    Really really clean hostel, has everything you need eg kitchen to use, laundry etc. Lovely people who work there and a mixed group staying at the hostel. Super market 2 min walk away. About 20 min walk to the old town but didn’t matter to us. Go the the patisserie/bakery directly opposite for the most delicious local pastries.

    I spent one night here in a mixed room. Breakfast was included. Rate was ok too. Friendly staff with hospitality. Bit far from center. 2 supermarkets are closeby, bús station is a bit far too but there are many opprtunities to hang out. Beach is closeby too.

    Innovative Hostel, great facilities

    Incredibly innovative hostel from the keycard-enabled vending machines to the self-service checkout. Everything in this hostel has been thought through, twice. Slight transactional feeling to the experience though, with supplements for services you might expect other hostels to bypass e.g. late check-in, luggage storage. Recommendation I got from the owner for a beach wasn't very good (Otranto), but overall a very solid hostel.

    Kind & affordable lodging on the doorstep of lovely Lecce

    Very soon after booking I received a number of helpful emails from the property, to allow me to feel welcome and at home before I got there. This was continued at reception: helpful, friendly and honest. The place was clean and tidy (at least, before I arrived). A lifesaver for a backpacker without wheels passing through Lecce - and indeed Salento as a whole - the only real hostel there is. It is walkable within half an hour of the centre and the train station, and not hard to find once you've got your bearings, but arriving in the dark for the first time I paid through the nose for a taxi, and it was a bit of a bind traipsing back and forth on foot. They do rent bikes: that's one way to aid mobility; though more of a hindrance in the pedestrian old town. The somewhat backwater location doesn't help for business - certainly pretty dead in January - but this excellently run place definitely deserves more recognition and trade.
