    Majesty on our Bari break.

    Spent a week at Hotel Majesty Bari in mid-September, which is primarily a business hotel but done a brilliant job catering for us as holiday makers providing us with local info, ordering taxis and on 1 occasion even gave us a lift into Bari, the hotel is half an hour bus ride into the city, there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel, taxi fare approx €24 one way. We had dinner in the hotel each night, the local menu was varied, and we could not fault the food it was just all round lovely along with the wine and Peroni. The room was clean and had housekeeping every day if needed. Full credit to all the staff we met on our visit they are a credit to the hotel. A special word of appreciation to the reception staff ( Ilaria and Co.) also our dinner waiter whose name escapes me .... apologies. Good breakfast. Quiet location and nice grounds for a stroll.

    Very good place to stay if you have a car.

    It is a very nice hotel at a reasonable price. It looks to be well set up for large groups and gatherings. Only issue is the location, if you don't have a car it is not ideal at all, it is a very long walk from the central area and taxis are expensive.

    Hotel far from everything, with nothing nearby and, if that wasn't enough, horrible service. Restaurant closes before 9 pm on weekends, without room service. They do not lend glass cups or plates. For the service, it is very expensive.Hotel longe de tudo, mal localizado, e se não bastasse, serviço horrível. Restaurante fecha antes das 21 horas, não tem room-service, não emprestam copos de vidro, nem pratos.Pelo serviço, tem pessimo custo-beneficio

    Do not book the Hotel Majesty in Bari!!

    Do not stay at this hotel!!!Air conditioning did not work in Room or entire property as indicated in amenities, was warm and musty without a/c. They did not disclose this at check in. We stayed 20 minutes and said we would not stay. They refused to refund to us or to Expedia. They weren’t even nice or apologetic, I have contacted my credit card to dispute the charge,

    Very large room with huge comfy bed , sitting area and lots of storage . Ice cold Air Conditioning, very useful fridge with 1€ bottles of water.Two large windows with mosquito nets built in and views of the pretty garden.The bathroom was very modern , amazing digital shower with 7 heads ! Very nice selection of toiletries , plenty of fluffy towels.Very spacious , bright and light communal areas with plenty of indoor and outdoor sitting areas.Great breakfast with a large selection of continental and hot food , pastries , juices and coffee , also large outdoor terrace off the breakfast room - lovely in the beautiful early morning sunshine.We didn’t use the pool , but it was huge and looked very clean.All the staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.
