    Our stay here was perfect in every single way. The hi-lights : charming and attentive service from family owner (5th generation) and all staff; beautiful pool area, absolutely incredible breakfast and 4 course evening meals using produce grown here, gentle and unassuming relaxed atmosphere. Advice on everything Puglia. We would return in a heartbeat. Do not hesitate to book to stay here to explore the surroundings.

    Masseria Salinola is a wonderful place. My husband and I stayed there for a week in April. The Masseria has a welcoming atmosphere, full of charm and beautiful decorative details. This, combined with the friendliness of the staff, made us feel at home. The room was comfortable, clean, lovely. Every morning, the restaurant offered a delicious, abundant breakfast buffet. Dinner consisted of four delicious, varied, and well-presented courses. The owners, Daniele and his father Mimo, were warm and attentive, taking care of every detail. We also wish to highlight the service we received from Dino, our favorite waiter, who served us always with cordiality and cheerfulness - making our dinners unforgettable! The Masseria’s location allowed us to visit daily several beautiful towns in Puglia. We enjoyed every day and every aspect of Masseria Salinola; it was a dream come true. We will return again and again.

    The Masseria is beautifully decorated and feels very authentic, peaceful and comfortable. The family that runs it is warm and welcoming, and everything is done with care. The homemade food is delicious and well presented. Everyone is friendly, helpful and kind. The location is very convenient for exploring the area.

    It's an outstanding massería experience of 5th generation lovely run by the young couple and his parents. Full of details, and interaction with the family. A lot of chances to talk about todays life in Puglia.We had a tipical maseria room with the modern concept of comfort.My wife and I loved it!
