    Great experience in a Masseria, was my first time. My suite was lovely and very spacious, nothing more I could have asked for. I have truly enjoyed the breakfast and the pool area - very tranquil setting. You do need a car to get around but everything is reachable in short drive. Would absolutely recommend to stay at Masseria San Giovanni.

    I went there for a yoga and meditation retreat and it was amazing. The rooms were beautiful, the people working there were so nice and the food was incredible. Karolina who led the yoga classes is outstanding!

    A jewel in the crown. Surrounded by olive trees, this hotel sits quietly and sublimely in the countryside. Perfect setting for an outdoor wedding and its guests. Food was very nice. Guest room was sparse on furnishings but served its purpose. Front desk welcome by a rude gentleman was a disappointment. Seemed annoyed taking me to my room and did not provide any hotel specifics. Check out young lady was complete opposite. With friendly demeanor, helpful and gracious. Note to hotel-eliminate the slacking guy- you def don’t want to be greeted by that negativity anywhere. But- did not dampen stay whatsoever.

    Beautiful & peaceful but get the right room

    We stayed with our family in two rooms. The larger suite is spacious and had an outdoor space with a plunge pool and was lovely and comfy. The smaller double room was in the courtyard and had no outdoor space so nowhere to dry anything or sit. It was beautifully done out bit of staying for a long time I think you’d feel limited . Food for breakfast was beautiful and simple and options to have lunch at the cafe bar by the pool. Thank you for a lovely stay. My only comment is the patio door of the bigger room was broken and we asked twice for it to be fixed and it never was during our stay meaning anyone could have entered our room.

    We had an incredible stay at this property. The staff are incredibly attentive and kind and no ask is too much. The pool area is perfect and relaxing and the breakfast is a great local spread. Couldn’t recommend it more.
