    Shower is too small!

    We started here for six nights as part of a Cosmos tour. There are several things about this hotel that were great, breakfast, grounds, service and location. But the one thing that was problematic was the size of the room and bathroom. The room was small and the bed was hard. A few of the people in our group were continuously cold in their rooms. No one in our group had anything good to say about the shower. The square shower measured 26x26 inches. Several people in our group could not fit in the shower. I'm not a big woman and I could not turn around without hitting the water faucet. The shower space was / is totally inappropriate and the hotel is away. That's the part that bother me the most they know the shower space is too small yet they do not allow any allowance for the problem. I just expect better.

    Great front desk service

    Sasha at the front desk provided great service with a smile and determination. This was despite many demands being placed upon her from many guests. I always appreciate having a hotpot in our room for many reasons. Sasha at front desk went over and above the call of duty to provide hot water when one was not available. The following day she tracked one down and reserved it for my use for the rest of our stay. She is a great asset and representative for your hotel.

    Great location but not a great hotel

    Hotel is great location but bedrooms in need of serious refurbishment. The showers are tiny . We are small people but even we struggled to use them . There is a wooden shelf right behind your head in the bed and it is dangerous and my husband banged his head turning over in bed at night. Moreover when checking in you need to ask if there are any functions planned during your stay and if so insist on a bedroom as far away from the function suite as possible . We were in room 19 right above the function suite and had to endure blaring club type music and dj until 2am . Other than offering to move us ( at 1am !) the night manager could do nothing . The hotel did give us a discount on our bill but we would much rather this had not happened in the first place . It is a very large hotel with plenty of rooms and there is a total failure of management that there was no forward planning or consideration for this . Moreover although reception staff were lovely the manager who was in the hotel before we checked out did not take the time to meet with us personally despite been told of our upset and that we had requested a meeting

    Convenient hotel in the new city center.

    This hotel used to be the only decent hotel in Martina Franca, and it still is. Conveniently located in the newer part of the city, it offers a decent restaurant, a small but functional swimming pool, a charming garden, and large rooms in the old part of the house (smaller in the new part). Nothing luxurious, but convenient and clean. It would require a renovation. The restaurant had basic but friendly service; unfortunately, the breakfast was not of top quality.

    Nice Hotel with free parking and good breakfast. Very helpful, friendly staff (gentleman behind the desk even helped us in the parking lot solve an issue we had with our rental car). Big outdoor market on Wednesdays near the hotel. Well located.
