Location

The hotel is only 2 km from the town of Manfredonia, in the province of Foggia, gateway to the Gargano, one of the most striking areas of Puglia. Guests will find restaurants, bars, clubs and links to the public transport network in the centre of Manfredonia. The hotel lies only 3 km from the sea, on the state road to San Giovanni Rotondo. There are over 130 km of beaches, coves, marine caves, cliffs and stacks plus remarkable archaeological ruins that are cited as a must-see in international tourist guides.

Facility

6 junior suites, 2 suites, 40 single rooms and 52 double rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy on-site cycling/mountain biking. For a fee, tennis is also available. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and table tennis. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, hydrotherapy treatments and thalassotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy an entertainment programme (for a fee).

Meals

Dining facilities include 2 restaurants, a breakfast room and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We found this hotel quite impersonal with no friendliness from the staff. We had a junior suite which included a kettle, fridge and microwave which was quite helpful as the restaurant, we found, not particularly good but pricey for what it was. Breakfast was bare minimum and not enough to cover number of guests, they ran out of fruit by 9am. No dried fruit to go with cereal. Tables not cleared promptly. The view from our balcony was lovely.

    My wife and I stayed here for one night and it was long enough even though hotel was nice ,room had no tea or coffee facilities seemingly you get these if you stay in a luxury room Next morning we went as I can only describe as the worst breakfast ever , it was 8.30 am and the dish with the scrambled eggs was empty ,we showed our room card to the most horrible unpleasant waiter he was just one of those people that didn’t want to bother with tourists as he had plenty of time to laugh and carry on with the locals , No variety of food no salads , hot food apart from the scrambled eggs which was empty and no one in a hurry to bring any more out, no boiled eggs bad variety of hams and cheese The next morning the lad at reception had told me that the day before there was a food seminar in the hotel , pity they didn’t send some of the food down for Breakfast 🫣Basically avoid this hotel and book elsewhere we stayed about 15 minutes drive the next night for a fraction of what we paid here and it was more like an air B&B which had very friendly landlord and lovely selection of food for breakfast even had tea coffee facilities 👌

    Regiohotel Manfredi Hotel is located in a quiet location, offering 6 hectares of gardens with palm trees and a large swimming pool. Its spa includes a large hot tub, sauna and Turkish bath.The room is air-conditioned with a balcony and a view of the mountain or the sea.The hotel also has a tennis court and a field for indoor soccer.Continental breakfast buffet. Very comfortable bed, free and good WiFi. Parking is also free.

    To start with the good parts: quite modern hotel, spacious rooms, nice pool area. Overall a very nice hotel! So for the negatives: The spa is very expensive. I don't expect free, but at least a discount or one free hour at least when we stayed for one week? And the breakfast. While the breakfast is decent, they start cleaning the tables ready for dinner before 9, even if breakfast is until 10. So it kind of feels like they're trying to rush you out of the dining hall. One day when we arrived at 9:30 there was poor selection left.

    A Very rude pool boy chased us out of the pool on the first day for not wearing swimming caps. My son was so upset he didn’t want to go into the pool anymore for the remaining days... When we told the receptionist about this at checkout, she just dismissed it.We’ve visited multiple hotels and b&b’s in Puglia, all had friendly personnel, except this one. Horrible, to be avoided. Oh, and also dirty staircase and smelly hallways. Our staff is not rude (as you can see from other reviews) but as you tried to not respect the rules creating an unpleasant situations in the pool with other guests, we had to remind you several times to follow the regulations. Moreover you refused to pay for the swimming caps after you purchased them and our receptionist waived the fees upon checkout in order to find a solution to your complains.
