    Do not recommend - this is not a 5 star hotel, at best a 3 star. Arrived to hotel to be told that restaurants were closed, and no alternatives were offered by front desk. The reason given was that it was out of season , which is understandable but owing to the location this should have been flagged to us. We were a group of 2 and we believed another couple were staying in the hotel - why therefore were towels , drinks and rancid fruit left poolside overnight and not cleared away ? Its not like there was numerous guests to cater to! Breakfast was absolutely abysmal, food was very poor cheap quality and coffee was not offered on day 2 when we were the only guests dining. There is no direct access to the beach despite this being in the hotel description , multiple access gates to the beach are locked. hotel lobby was also littered with multiple travel cots throughout our stay. Room as clean and nicely decorated, but the shower flooded owning to faulty seals and the handle on the wardrobe door was broken.Beautiful location , but a very very poor experience and not in any way 5 star service. Very very disappointed for the price we paid and does not compare to the 5 star service and standards we experienced in other hotels in the Puglia region.

    Upon arrival, front desk staff seemed nice. We rented the Ambassador suite and the suite itself was nice and spacious. It smelled musty due to the jacuzzi. Reception staff was pretty useless - I had to ask 4 times for body wash that was not in our room before they brought it (took until the next day to get it. That’s a simple thing that just wasn’t done. I was honestly tired of asking..).Jacuzzi in the room didn’t work, staff wasn’t even sure how to operate it with wall controls. Had to send maintenance guy in 2 times (on day 2) to finally get it running. The temp of the jacuzzi still didn’t reach where it should have been, so we had a cool temp jacuzzi for our 4-day stay, but we were constantly assured it would get to temperature.Staff was brutal and disorganized. Restaurant food was 1/10. Not a picky eater but couldn’t even eat the seafood pasta.We were assured there was 24 hour reception when we booked. We had to leave at 7am to catch a flight and no one was at reception to check out. We asked a groundskeeper to get someone to help us checkout at front desk but he told us no one was there until 9am. We told him we had to leave to catch a flight and he stepped in front of us on the path and said we couldn’t leave. Hotel had our credit card info, so we weren’t worried about leaving without paying. He followed us to the gate, telling us we couldn’t leave.Just a brutal experience. The room itself and pool were nice. The staff was awful and the service was very poor. There were barely any guests at the resort as well, which made the brutal service even more confusing. This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. 2.5 at best (ex: I asked pool staff where I could get a towel and they didn’t know; absurd).I wouldn’t recommend.

    Great property in terms of location but thats it! Very friendly dining staff. Key cards dont work, room phone with no dial information, window blinds didnt work, no room service, no water or cofee maker in room, trip hazards in the gym, kitchen closes with no notification, front desk lady who is not open to any feedback said" we can close kitchen whenever we want". Jacuzzi and Sauna rooms closed,no water or towels in fitness center, too many items to write. The worst part is when tried to give feedback to the front office lady, she was defiant. But the best is the dining room staff was sooo good. Om, Surya, Kris, Joseph and the lady were fantastic!!

    they tried to palm off a disabled room on usthey no longer have a private beach or private access to the sealots of design yes but little comfort: impossible to have darkness, bathroom separated by glass and curtains, they never changed the towels, rude staff....

    This hotel cancelled our booking a week out from our travelling dates stating that they were closing. This left us with very little options of alternative accommodation nearby and now we have to stay at two seperate hotels for a three night break away for my husbands 40th. Really poor customer service and consideration.
