    After booking and paying in advance, once we arrived we found the structure closed, no call or email for prior warning.On site we called the reservation number and were moved to a dilapidated hotel outside the historic center.Absolutely avoid!     Narrow and uncomfortable stairs, the stair light turns off after 22-24 secondsYou enter the room, open the door of the "balcony" you find a moldy wall in front of you and on your right the door of the "balcony of the room next to you, which if you want to leave yours open, they can enter too, small shower, while taking a shower the light turns off and you have to get out of the shower to turn it on again, if you are the type of person who uses the shower after the toilet, you find yourself in a pool of water that you don't understand where it comes from, the room is not was washed neither before the stay nor during the stay, you come back from the sea and you need to wash your used things (they said there is a laundry) I find a little plastic thing without a tap but with a hose like the one for washing cars, Half a liter of water in the room costs €1.50There is no privacy, you hear everything that happens in the room next to you, even when he uses the bathroomRefrigerator making noise and you hear it while you sleep, and if you're like me kind of a light sleeper, I wouldn't rest well at night.We return to Gallipoli but never to them Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.com.     Spectacular !!We stayed for three nights at Suite Porta Terra.Very central location, we were able to visit all of Gallipoli on foot both to reach the beaches and the center.Super staff!!: the girls at the reception were very kind, available to give us all the necessary information to enjoy the whole city to the fullest.We will be back without a doubt!
