    Disappointed in the stay here for various reasons:1. Service incredibly poor (mainly on reception): frequently lied to about when maintenance would visit (the toilet stopped working on the first day) and then had to project manage the fixing and testing of the AC (it blew hot air for 1.5 days) - including calling at 2am to turn the air con on (which went on at 28 degrees). 2. The taxi service is extortionate in price : 30 euros one way to Monopoli (an 11 min drive) and 45 euros one way to Polignano (19 min drive) was way too expensive. The hotel clearly made a lot of profit on this. You’d think given how ‘eco friendly’ the hotel is, that they’d put on a bus to save unnecessary fumes from all the taxis taken. We did find a local taxi man so recommend doing this, who charged 60% of the hotel rate.3. The food was good but we were given a bottle of wine each night (we don’t drink wine) and no alternatives 4. No evening entertainment - this would be okay if near to anything but we weren’t and if you wanted to head out it was a 60 euro taxi return which for 2 people each night, is a lot5. The allocated tables in the food hall: just weird 6. 10 people on reception but nobody serving: found this very strange, you’d stand (as if in a queue) and nobody would serve you whilst the receptionists looked awayNot impressed. Do not recommend. And stay closer to a town.

    Had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel for 4 nights. Rooms were amazing. Super clean. 2 lovely huge pools. Reception and bar staff very helpful and friendly. Found a lovely cove 6 mins walk away where you can swim and sunbathe.

    We stayed at this property for a weekend, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The room was a gem: spacious, tastefully furnished, and impeccably clean (an essential aspect for me).     Peaceful setting near the sea, very comfortable stay

    Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Torre Cintola. The property has spacious grounds, two pools (one freshwater and one saltwater), and beautiful views overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Our room was in the rectangular row of suites rather than one of the domed units. It was well laid out, shaded by multiple trees that kept it naturally cool, and included a sofa and a comfortable bed. There was no coffee machine or kettle in the room, but breakfast was included, so we were able to get coffee each morning.I especially appreciated the filtered water refill stations at both bars—near reception and by the saltwater pool—which offered both room temperature and cold water. The bathroom was modern, clean, and functional.Room Comfort & Sleep Quality: The main issue in the room was the drapes. They only partially blocked the light, especially near the front door where an outdoor light stayed on all night. Because the door is frosted, the light shone through the gap between the door and the drape, making it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep.Wi Fi: The Wi Fi in our room was very slow and often wouldn’t connect. When we mentioned this to the front desk, they promptly installed a repeater in our room, which gave us an excellent connection for the rest of our stay. This was a much appreciated solution.Breakfast: Breakfast offered a full spread: pastries, cereals, yogurts, meats and cheeses, salads, and eggs with bacon (though the bacon was cold). There were also juices and two espresso machines staffed throughout breakfast—they were kept busy. The only drawback was the dining room itself, which felt very plain. The layout and lack of décor made it feel more like a school cafeteria, with rows of tables and no dividers or atmosphere.Overall: Despite a few minor issues, we were genuinely impressed by the property and really enjoyed our stay.

    Amazing stay by the sea!

    I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location right by the sea is absolutely perfect — peaceful and beautiful. The pool area is clean and relaxing, ideal for unwinding during the day.The food was delicious,with a great variety and fresh local flavors. A special thanks to the reception team who were always kind , helpful, and welcoming. They really made the stay even more enjoyable.I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!
