Location

This hotel is situated 2 km from Ravenna’s historical centre, a few metres from the motorway and only 15 min from Mirabilandia amusement park. The hotel, close to the conference centre and 45 km from Bologna Exhibition Centre, is the ideal location for business guests and those requiring accommodation during the exhibition and events periods. The nearest train station is some 5 km from the hotel.

Facility

80 non-smoking rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     A/C in 2 different rooms wasn't working!

    When we checked in, the room was hot. We put the key in the slot for the lights and power and heard the A/C compressor kick on. However, there was no air flow from the vents. After an hour, it was still 27 degrees in the room. It was late, but we couldn't sleep. I went downstairs stairs and the night clerk acted like he didn't understand as his screen was showing the A/C was on. I asked him to come to the room to see for himself. He replied the A/C was on max. I kept telling him the room was hot. Finally, I asked what temperature his system shows the room is. He said 27 degrees!!! I asked him if he thought that was cool??? He admitted it was not. I asked if other people complain about the A/C and he admitted they do.... A LOT. I insisted on another room. We were limited to needing 2 beds and there was only one other room available. It was even hotter, but at least there was air coming from the unit. It took 2 or 3 hours for the room to cool off. By then, it was after 2 AM. 5 hours later when it started getting hot outside, the room heated up to over 28 degrees. The staff was friendly, but obviously cannot do anything about it. Also, no soap or shampoo in the shower and you get 1 pillow that has no stuffing. The hotel looms nice and I realize as an American, we are spoiled by good accommodation, but this hotel would be lucky to get 2 stars in the US.

    Not quite sure how this hotel can be classed as four star, as there isn't much in the way of facilities aside from the basic bedroom and breakfast bar.The location is rather poor, situated on a busy main road in a commercial estate. As there is no restaurant on site, you are obliged to look in the local area, which as limited choice and is not very safely accessible on foot (limited pedestrian crossings, poor footpath provision). Rooms themselves are clean comfortable and modern, even if everything appears to be a little poorly fitted. Internet connection in my room was poor, but reception was OK in the hallway.Decent breakfast provided, though rooms on the first floor can get a little noisy early in the morning as they are setting up service.Think I would avoid if I returned to Ravenna and choose another place.

    No way is this hotel 4 stars and it certainly is no good for business trips. A decent breakfast is available in the morning but apart from that no restaurant or food available. AC does not work in roomThe hotel is located in industrial area on a ravenna bypass. If you dont have a vehicle good luck getting something to eat. The hotel does have a bar but not sure anyone is working thereLeft hotel for meeting mid afternoon with sign on door to make up room. Came back later and they had taken the towels and not replaced them. Bin not emptied , bathroom not cleaned , no soap in shower. sign still on door. I took a shower then realised towels were gone. When raised with front desk the guy on desk wanted me to follow him outside to get clean towels???Complained and he laughedavoid this hotel like the plague, it makes fawlty towers look like a well run hotelThe girl on the desk during day is helpful

    Rooms ok no coffee making facilities or bottled water. No restaurant but they do have breakfast with decent coffee. Very bad location if you dont have a vehicle. Its is located in an industrial district city bypass area. Have stayed in other hotels in Ravenna which were not great but walking distance to everything especially great restaurants. Here you dont have that option. One good thing is gym is open 24 hours. Wouldnt recommend as a business hotel at all.

    Words alone cannot describe the dissatisfaction here. We arrived last night after a long days journey. Four star???? Lovely young lady at reception. That’s it for compliments. Unfortunately, we have prearranged transportation tomorrow and must stay another evening. The hallway carpets are filthy, the outside chairs are cracked, the shower has mold. One room looks as if someone tried to break in. We went thru the stairway rather than the lift and the door remained opened. Anyone could have entered. I went back up to close it.Just found a disgusting creature! See photos!
