  Great hotel located on the beach. Clean, amazing full breakfast options included. Comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. They made transportation options for us. They even had a free of charge happy hour buffet! Highly recommend. Would go back there without hesitation.

  We booked the hotel for a stay of 5 days during the august month. The hotel was entirely refurbished and with a great decoration! The hotel facility was really nice too, the parking included in the price of the room is really a great advantage! The room was nice and the bed really comfortable! However the service and staff of the hotel is really questionable… for example barely say hi and raising their heads above their phone, we had issues with the air conditioning and the lady at reception was of no help, telling us it was a problem and they should call a technician when in fact she could adjust from the main reception desk. During breakfast, we asked for our hot drinks and felt like we were annoying the staff (everyday), raising their eyes… It’s a shame as the hotel is nice but some of the staff service isn’t really outstanding… gino biotti, Proprietario at Best Western Maison B Hotel, responded to this review Good evening Mrs Emily,thank you for your compliments on our facility and I am absolutely delighted that you found the room to your tastes and the bed comfortable!I agree with you that the absence of cost for parking in the front line on the Rimini waterfront in August, is absolutely a big advantage, and is in fact often stressed by guests.I disagree however with your judgement regarding our staff: "the lady at reception" who you say did not help you, immediately adjusted the temperature "from reception", but with almost 40° outside it took a few hours for it to drop, in fact during the night it was already more regular. In spite of this, he also suggested changing her room to one on the lower floors with a lower internal temperature, but it was she who refused the change after looking at it as she considered it smaller than hers and with only one balcony, so she preferred to wait until the next morning. Finally, a technician was only proposed to her in case the situation did not change, and indeed it was not necessary! I am sorry but in high season and with the hotel full, it was really difficult to offer her another solution.I am also sorry that I had the impression that I was 'disturbing' the wait staff during breakfast, hot drinks are the only thing they serve at the tables as the rest is all buffet style and guests provide what they prefer. It may sound strange to you but the helpfulness, kindness, professionalism and competence of our staff are the most frequently cited element in the reviews.We do not presume to please everyone all the time, but perhaps your feeling of hostility towards us stems from something elseAnyway, I wish you a nice eveningBest regardsDaniela PaganoSales manager

  Clean and cozy place, very welcoming staff always available to answer your needs and highly responsive to any request you may have. Excellent food and service, perfect location, just sea front. Beautifully furnished in every detail. Pool and gym also very clean and with brand new equipment.   Prime Spot in front of the Adriático! Oustanding Service

  You don’t need to wait for season to get great service in front of the Adriatic Sea! At Hotel Patrizia they can make you feel like at home!I wish I was having more time to enjoy! at least breakfast and they are very service oriented !! Great room and puffy bed! yacuzzi and lovely showers !! what else you need !! thanks to their very courteous staff !! Well done!!   This Hotel is really nice. If you get a room ask for the apartment, which is on the top floor and you have a gorgeous view to the beach. As well it’s really tidy the rooms, a bit small but very nice. The reception staff is really helpful and great! Breakfast has a very good selection as well.
