Location

Centrally located in Viserba, this lodge is right on the beach.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services include a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The lodge has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     A sad, expensive mistake (for us).

    In summary - A large, well maintained family resort .....with very little for kids 10+.As a British / Italian family we have enjoyed some great August holidays on this coast but on day one, we knew this trip was going trip to be a struggle (and sadly we had booked 2 weeks).Our 11 year old spent the 1st morning on the beach with very young kids playing catch a ball and at lunch it was obvious she was in the wrong age group. Club De Sole said they would make a "special case" for her and she could join the teen group (13+). The junior group was well advertised but we did not see anything promoting the older teen group. She was added to a Whatsapp group where it was hit and miss if they did any activities. On average, I would say that she met up with 3 or 4 other kids at 10am and 4pm to play cards and a bit of volleyball. In the mean time, it was obvious that lots of kids 10+ were hanging around the beach & pool sunbeds either not aware of the teen group or they had tried it but lost interest with the lack of activity. (At this stage, I would add that dog owners actually did have a weekly activity itinerary for their pets pinned up on the board! :) )It is hard for parents to relax and enjoy your holiday if your kid is bored and this was in total contrast with our previous (cheaper) resorts where we hardly saw her as she was always out and about!The child / lack of activity did ruin our trip but I can see where this resort could be good for young families.Resort: - Very spacious , facilities good and very clean.Beach- Lots of clean sand and the Adriatic is...the Adriatic.Restaurants - One on the beach was good with friendly staff., One at the main site was always booked with those on full board..Entertainment- Huge performance area and stage. Shows at night were average. There did seem a lack of connection between the performers and the audience and many people left after the 9:30pm baby dance.Day time activities for adults took place at 10am (20 minute yoga stretch, volleyball, boule or darts) and at 4pm (20 minute of fitness in the pool and little else). Water polo was once per week .Animation team - Friendly, polite and worked hard. Rimini - 3k aware from the main town. You can take a regular bus or walk.Local Parkrun : Saturday at 9am. Lovely people.Accommodation- Clean, great decking area but very little room to eat inside when there is bad weather (we had 2 bad storms in our 2 weeks).     Room for improvement, it could be great but it's not quite there yet

    Overal we had a nice stay, though we did face a few problems that kinda ruined the experience in the first two days. The beach is nice, the accomodation is quite good.     Clean and spacious environments

    We’ve been to many campsites in the past years, but this one is definitely in our top 3.Spacious accommodations, clean and a huge terrace. Park is not too big to keep it cosy and chill. The whole environment is well maintained with flowers.The pool is clean and a spacious deck around it. Friendly lifeguards who found the right balance between the rules and the fun allowed. Really appreciate their efforts against the “towel race”. Good work!If I can share only 1 minor recommendation: it would be really top if a set of wine glasses can be added to the kitchen inventory; a good glass of local wine tastes so much better in a wine glass instead of a water glass.     The village is in great condition, clean and safe. The idea of not alone cars inside is very good, children play safe alone outside.Also the activities for children are very good, in the morning on the beach, afternoon at the pool and in the evenings at the outdoor theatre.We used the Suite Mediterranea, which is big, in very good condition and equipped with all you need.The only minus when going with family with small children is the laundry service. There are wash machines for common use, with the cost of 5 euros/wash, but you need only 1 Euro coins for it, and you should bring your own detergent. So for 3-4 times wash during a holiday you need to buy a full box of detergent 😊 but at a few hundred meters outside the complex there is laundry service, cheaper and better.All in one, it was a good holiday in such a lovely place, with friendly stuff.     Sylvie from homair is very efficient and friendly, you need to hire more of staff like her. She is really excellent and really goo with the kids. Very accommodating and always ask is we need something. Every night she goes around asking if the guests are having a good time.
