Location

    I booked this hotel for some friends and gave specific instruction that they were my guests, sent CC information , called to make sure it was received only to find out that they were charged anyway. When I complained and asked to refund their card and charge mine the answer I received was “ you can refund in cash your friends “. Completely unprofessional , rude in all phone interactions . Hospitality and service are clearly words they do not know.

    Perfect location, in Viale Ceccarini, one of the most popular street in Riccione. Just 5 min walking from the train station and 5 min walking from the beaches. Regarding the rooms: simple but clean. fornitures are really basic... Breakfast is simple, not a lot of choice.Staff is polite and friendly. So, it is a nice place if you are happy with little. For my friends and I was a good holiday.

    Great location Clean roomsSmall breakfast okThe most important : very good , friendly , helpfull staff !They hotel have also a beautiful small terace at the first floor . Near the railway station , 15 minutes walking from the historical down-town center . If we came back to Napoli again we are going to stay for sure at Hotel Colombo .

    I can state that is the hotel with the best hospitality everyone can wish!I spend here only one day, but the owner was very friendly and kind! I think that respect to all the other expensive and formal hotels in Riccione, it is the right choice if you don't care about meaningless things suche as the coulurs of the bed, the shape of the desk, and so on.

    Brilliant Hotel ! "Crazy" Varo !!

    We stayed here in Sept this year for the Misano Motogp. Perfect position in Riccione for bars restaurants shops. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is great, it is a low cost hotel so don't expect the Ritz. For the money you really can't beat it.It is worth going if only to meet "crazy" Varo he is very very funny not to mention a gentleman. In fact all the staff were nothing but helpful and polite. We were upgraded to a balcony room foc which we were delighted with !We will definitely be staying here again.Also you need to get the hotel menu for the Frankleys restaurant brilliant value for money and good food and wine, we paid 30 euros for 2 of us, 3 courses with wine water and coffee !!!
