    Hotel-staff does the whole visit! They are so helpful, polite and friendly! Rooms are small for a family of 4, but it doesn’t matter, since you only sleep there.

    The location was good, close to the beach, in a quiet area, perfect for a few days of relaxation. The bus station was a few minutes away and easy to reach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great AC in the room. The breakfast was ok, with a few choices for everyone. Cozy place.

    Great location rooms where cleaned every day all the staff was amazing a special mention to Sylvia and the girls they made are stay more welcoming then anywhere we’ve been before and great air-con room we had 208 which was excellent we both work in a hotel so know what to look for and I honestly cannot fault this little retreat breakfast was great Garry and Anne xxx

    Stayed here for a week as a family of 4; first impressions good - immaculately clean facilities, lovely staff and an impressive breakfast.Room too small for a family, but rooms cleaned each day and lovely smelling fresh towels provided. Size would be ok for shorter stay to be fair and the air conditioning was good. Wi-fi was hit & miss, but we didn't need it much anyway.Hotel on a pretty, tree-lined street and in within good walking distance of the beach and shops/restaurants.

    We had a great time in Viserbella during our week in Italy.Fra i pini picked us up on a transfer I had organised easily through whatsapp before we got there. It's very close to the airport and the transfer was great.The room was basic, but clean and har everything we needed for a couple on holiday. We only really slept in the room as we were out most of the day, so it was perfectly fine. Comfortable bed and a good shower. The breakfast was good, but coffee and warm food ran out quickly! The staff were amazing and topped it up as soon as we asked. The hotel seemed clean and new with a modern look. It was a nice place to come back to after a day out. We used the swimming pool at one of their sister hotels, which was close by and quiet. Spent most afternoons here.Very close to the sea and the strip where the restaurants and shops were, but far back enough that it was quiet in the hotel and felt like a retreat.Staff were fabulous, so helpful and friendly. They really were some of the best hotel staff I've ever come across. Nothing was too much and they were able to help with anything qe asked. I'd recommend hiring bikes as they're only €2 for 24 hours. We did this twice and went further up the strip for dinner a couple of times. Overall a fantastic location and a great hotel if you plan to be out most of the day. Not a hotel to lounge around in as no pool, but this is not a criticism as you can lounge around in their sister hotels. Thanks for a great stay, if we're ever back in Rimini we will definitely come back to this hotel.Oh, bring mosquito repellent as there are a lot in this area! Hotel Fra i Pin...
