  TERRIBLE experience

  I start with the assumption that the hotel was assigned to us through our company that held a congress in Milano Marittima... arrived at the hotel in the evening to check in at about 20:30 on Saturday, September 20, we immediately noticed a gathering of people who had problems with the reception. Organizational issues... but that's not the point. But the young lady at the reception was acting very neurotic and grumpy and despite the problem was not ours intimated us with words “that is the door you can go” practically kicking us out of the hotel at the time she felt with her back to the wall, because there were disabled people with us and especially we did not sleep since 4 am for the trip and also my girlfriend had to use the bathroom urgently and she told us to use the common one (I repeat not because of us but because of their organization and their technical problems).Below, by law of course, as the hotel was paid, we were given the opportunity to return. Obviously they explained that the young lady in question was no longer there and we reassured ourselves to return.At night, the staff guys were more courteous and helped us find a room. But once give us the room twice the room was already occupied! There was total confusion about the keys that were missing. Luckily the boy assigned us a room “for emergencies” on the 5th floor connected via balcony and with a door inside that connected it to another room.Leaving aside the pitiful conditions of the rooms and the elevator that “overheated” and often stuck with the elderly and disabled, in the morning about to leave to leave this terrible hotel, the shutter breaks and we were stuck in the room. Luckily I had the ability to raise it by inserting the key to lift it otherwise the firemen would have intervened! Horrible experience, little girl unable to do her job. Except for the two very courteous guys and they apologized several times for what happened and they also apologized instead of the girl.   Poor , broken room phones , very slow elevator , air conditioning. barely working , tiny triple room with a camping cot , , shower for the ultra skinny , enough breakfast. only if you arrive in pole position as well as lunch for buffet starters , , after all quality of food and combinations to review, unhomely and very industrial Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.it.   A gem and clearly more than 3 stars

  This hotel is located at beach of Milano Marittima.Th staff is friendly and considerate. The rooms are medium-sized and well-equipped. Bathroom large and clean. Airco en WIFI are great.We have an all-inclusive formula. The breakfast was good and plenty, particularly to Italian standards. Both the lunch and dinner were great as well. A full range of anti-pasta to choose from unlimitedly. The second and third course as well as the dessert had a choice of 5 options each !! Outstanding. Another bonus was the use of the massive pool and pool bar at the Hotel Adria next door. This hotel is a full 4 star and owns one of the largest pools in town.Furthermore, on the beach two beds and parasols were included.This hotel is clearly more than 3 stars and a gem. I would not know a better option in this price range in Milano Maritimma. Till next time.

  An average hotel with a great location.

  The help staff at the desk was very friendly, as well as the maids. The service staff for breakfast were not as friendly, in fact, you are better off avoiding them (the only perk to the breakfast were the italian pastries). The hotel is about as close to the beach as you can be. In this sense it was great. It was also within walking distance to the city center (5-10 minutes by foot). The hotel room was small, but livable. We were there for 6 days and spent majority of our time on the beach or in town. The price was right, and when we booked there were not many places available. If my wife were writing this review it might not be this positive. Overall, we laughed and left on a positive note, just a little bit wiser.
