    Very friendly and helpfull staff!!Nice clean room, with an excellent view (4th floor) on the sea and the canal.Breakfast and diner are very good.The hotel is next to the beach.I would recommend it, when you stay in Rimini.     A hotel run wonderful people. Wonderful service. Hotel close to the beach. Delicious food and winę served with dinner. Rooms cery clean. A wonderful and noce holiday. I recommend this hotel to every one. Thank you very much.     They do not respond to emails which I sent twice before my arrival to this hotel. They said that wi-fi was available in the rooms. That's not true, the connection is very weak, it disappears. The only solution - to sit near the room door, then you may manage to get more-less stable access to the internet. The room was very small, the bathroom was inconveniently small. The shower was around 70 square sm so if you are not thin you will be in trouble to get clean. They do not change towels and bed regularly (they will take away towels left on the floor but don't you dare to expect to find clean ones in the room upon your return). The worst thing - the location. At first it seems so nice, you get a view to the sea. At night, however, there are very VERY loud crazy parties from 9-10 pm until 1-2 am!!! Forget about good sleep, the personnel will just say that it's your own problem and nobody have ever complained about that. Every night there was a disgusting smell going into the room from the outside. I have no idea what it was, maybe it came from the restaurant located near the hotel. I will never ever arrive to this hotel. And you should definitely think twice before booking a room at this overrated place and wasting your money

    A wonderful hotel, managed by wonderful people. Tourists are treated with respect, the breakfast is consistent and varied and you can serve coffee or other drinks from the bar to the hotel's terrace. The cleanliness is superlative, the rooms are air-conditioned and there are 6 parking spaces at the hotel. However, with some luck you can find parking on the street.

    We booked a sea view room, but being situated on the first floor the view was not that great.The room is small, clean, the bed comfortable.The hotel was full during that time as it is situated close to the Rimini Fiera and there was a big fair taking place (we were there also for the fair).Good breakfast.Did not like the old noisy AC, it was cold at night and we needed to turn it on, if you are a light sleeper you need earplugs. The hotel is situated in a quiet and lovely area. Overall it was a OK, would return, as it was cheap and conveniently located close to the Fiera (we had a car).
