Okay but…

we had a lovely first couple of days after checking in but it did sadly go down hill from there. The staff began to ignore us in the dining hall, checking on all the tables round us but never coming over to us to see if everything was okay or even if we wanted a drink. i don’t want to assume but i have a feeling it was because we were the only British couple there. The atmosphere did not make us feel the most welcome and comfortable, making us not wanting to leave our room and making us wanting to dine elsewhere after paying for the all inclusive. we understand there is a language barrier but we did try our best to communicate in the local language. However the food was better than most self served style buffets offering a wide range of food.

Once again Hotel Orchidea blu hasn’t disappointed us ! My husband and I went for the MotoGP weekend to watch the one and only Valentino Rossi and where better to stay than this beautiful hotel ! I’m struggling to find faults !Excellent staff,Fantastic location,Scrumptious food,Beautiful views ,Immaculately clean throughout,And fantastic team who run it ! Well done Nicco and Elenor 👏👏👏The hospitality of both of the owners and Vera the mother of the hotel is fantastic and I don’t have words to describe the welcome we get ....It’s just like going home such a fantastic warm feeling .Thank you guys ! Breakfast was lovely and plentiful the staff on hand to help all your needs .Dinner was yummy and different every night.Definitely recommend this hotel fantastic location straight across the road from the beach and walkway to all the shops and restaurants.Can’t wait to return next year !! 🥰

It was a lovely week in Rimini and I really want to thank the staff of Orchidea for making us feel as comfortable as it was our home. The room view was amazing and so relaxing. The hotel has great positive energy and you can feel the good vibe easily. They showed the best places around Rimini to visit. Thank you for making our week special :)

Beautiful hotel and great staff & service, making us feel so well taken care of. Very comfortable conditions with a beatiful view from my room, the way you look forward to wake up in the morning and open your curtains. Neat and clean and very relaxing environment. Positive and beautiful energy in overall. Very thankful for this stay!

We spent our family vacation there and that was a very pleasant stay. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, location is very convenient and the most important thing I should mention is food. It was soooo delicious!!! Hotel is very clean, newly refurbished and well kept. The beach is just a few steps away and it's very nice and clean with all the needed services available.
