    Lovely little budget hotel

    Reading the comments, I don't really know what people expect from a budget hotel. This one was basic and clean, with a few quirky aspects granted, but an ideal base from which to explore the lovely city of Rimini. The gentlemen who run it are helpful and friendly. My partners and I spent the least we've spent on our travels round Europe for a couple of nights here and it was fine.

    I was really disappointed with my stay there, I had problems with my booking. They had to change my room and booking, I payed to much money for what I got. The room was really dirty and there was mold in the bathroom. The shower was above the toilet, and you have to pay 10 euros for air conditioning. There is nothing included, and not so much help from staff.     The interior design resembles 70's. Issues with internet access. Some of the power outlets vere not functional. The room itself was spacious with a very small bathroom. The staff is friendly. The location is within walking distance to the beach and the train station is not very far either.     Excellent small family owned hotel in the old Durres style. At one time this area was all small low buildings with lots of trees. Hotel Niagara is clean. Excellent food, excellent responsive staff. Gotta try their house raki you won't be disappointed. The beach is perfect for families. Sandy and clear. There is nightlife all around if that is what you want. Can't say enough about the Hotel Niagara! Far exceeded our expectations!

    Travelling alone on business in Rimini I booked based on a tight budget and found myself at this little gem of a hotel. Tucked away in a quiet area between the old city and the beach (and an easy walk from both) this place is clean, well run and comfortable if basic.The breakfast was good value; not a banquet but just what was required to start the day well. My host, Antonio, makes excellent coffee too!Nothing was too much trouble and the room was immaculately clean. Just what was needed and at a great price. Highly recommended.
