    I visited this spa yesterday with some friends and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.The changing area is extremely small and very stuffy. It was honestly hard to breathe because the air felt heavy. There are only two toilets and three showers, and almost no space to change. There are only two small poufs to leave clothes on, while there were already many people, even though it was just Thursday. I cannot imagine how crowded it must be during the weekend.There are also no private changing cabins, so you have to change in front of everyone, which is uncomfortable for many people.Inside the spa the air also felt heavy and unpleasantly hot. Some of the pools had quite cold water, to the point that I was actually freezing, which should not happen in a spa.In the area where hot drinks such as tea are available there was no hot water, so it was not even possible to make a drink.Another disappointing point was the attitude of the staff. We were simply talking with friends at a normal volume, but the staff came several times asking us to be almost silent, while the music in the spa was louder than our voices.At 9 pm we were told the spa was closing and we left the spa area on time. However, the changing room was extremely crowded with a long line for the showers, since there are only three. There is no space to change, and at the same time staff members kept coming in telling people to hurry up and leave. It almost felt like they were rushing everyone because they wanted to close and go home.Instead of being relaxing, the whole experience ended up being quite stressful.Unfortunately this was my first and last visit. I would not recommend it.

    Great location on the main beach strip. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spa was very good. Breakfast also great.     We were in a group visiting various cities in this région of Italy and we stayed in this hotel for two weeks. It had re-opened at the end of August after a complete renovation. It's a beautiful hotel, very modern and incredibly clean. The service was amazing and the staff were always friendly and professional. The rooms are large and beautiful and so was the bathroom. The breakfast dining room had two terraces. The tables had white tablecloths and comfortable chairs. The buffet was amazing with a good variety of food and desserts. The hotel also has a very nice bar and the spa was wonderful. There is also a large restaurant near the lobby facing the beach. I was impressed with the hotel and the city of Rimini and I would certainly go back.

    We had 5 nights at the hotel after travelling through Italy. The location is brilliant. The decor and ambiance amazing. The pool and sun terrace are lovely. A haven of peace and comfort. The spa is out of this world and both the breakfast room and restaurant are great. The service from every member of staff was excellent and exceptional. Reception, Spa, housekeeping and restaurant all brilliant. One member of the restaurant staff really stood out - Davida who looked after us every night with care and a quiet service making our restaurant experience fantastic. A young lady on reception (dark hair and glasses whose name escapes me) was also fantastic. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you.

    Our room on the 6th floor with a balcony was fantastic. Very spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and shower. The views are amazing. We enjoyed sitting out on our balcony every day. The beach is a short walk across the street. The hotel is quiet on the balcony side and just steps to shops and restaurants on the front side. Great parking underneath available. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast every morning with pastries, cereal, fruit, meat and cheese, and coffee/cappuccino’s.
