Location

The hotel is located in the Pigneto quarter, just 15 minutes from the centre of Rome. The bus stop is on the hotel's doorstep and Termini railway station is around 4 km away. Rome Ciampino Airport and Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport are situated at a distance of approximately 15 km and 30 km from the hotel, respectively.

Facility

The hotel has 144 non-smoking rooms, including 8 junior suites and 135 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Rooms

    Great city break hotel

    Couldn’t fault the hotel clean comfy just what you need for a city break uber to most landmarks no more than 15 euro, the only thing would be the air con it was non existent for our room, it was only 17 degrees on our trip and was awake with the heat and In summer this would be a big problem, would stay here again really enjoyed the trip

    Had an excellent experience at Eurostars Roma Aeterna! Was nervous to stay because there were so many mixed reviews but we had the best time! Great check in, room ready early, super clean room, breakfast was great, cappuccino was incredible! Loved the neighborhood away from the chaos of downtown! Perfect atmosphere!

    I was really happy with my experience at Eurostars Roma Aeterna. It was my first time in Rome and having had the opportunity to stay at the hotel was really lovely. The breakfast team especially Sofia 5 stars. Really nice food, clean restaurant and exceptional service with some members of the team going above and beyond like Sofia coming in every morning greeting us and offering us beverages. The housekeeping team 5 stars have been absolutely amazing. They always leave the room looking fresh, clean and tidy. Really appreciate their hard work and the effort they go to making the room 5 stars. Everyone has been great and I'm really grateful that I was able to experience that at this hotel. However I can't give 5 stars overall because the WiFi has been terrible and it's something that has really affected my stay especially when I can't use the WiFi as it turns off constantly. Also the noise if the window is open is bad it does get quite noisy which is something that I haven't enjoyed. Those 2 factors have lead me to remove 1 star from the review

    Mi hermana y su marido se alojaron para celebrar su aniversario en septiembre 2024 y quise hacerles un detalle y pagué 20€ por un plato de frutas y chocolates para 2 personas + una nota de felicitación.Mi sorpresa fue que me enviaron la foto de lo que les pusieron y tristemente no valía lo que me cobraron y no había ni un chocolate. Adjunto la foto para que se vea las cantidades que pusieron para dos personas.Cuando les reclamé que había pasado, no me respondieron. Envié más de cinco mails y pedí hablar con el jefe de recepción , el director o algún responsable y jamás me respondieron. Solicité la devolución del dinero....pero NO ME RESPONDIERON. Me parece una vergüenza que un hotel no responde a sus clientes ni den la cara.Trabajo en hoteles y SIEMPRE respondemos todos los mails e investigamos todas las incidencias.No recomendaría ese hotel por su servicio y por su falta de empatía y calidad hacia sus clientes.***************************************************************************************************My sister and her husband were staying to celebrate their anniversary in September 2024 and I wanted to do them a gift and paid 20€ for a plate of fruit and chocolates for 2 people + a anniversary note.My surprise was that my family sent me a photo of what they had and sadly it wasn't worth what they charged me and there wasn't a single chocolate. I am enclosing the photo so that you can see the quantities they put out for two people.When I complained to them about what had happened, they did not respond. I sent more than five emails and asked to speak to the head of reception, the director or someone in charge and they never replied. I asked for my money back .... but they DID NOT ANSWER ME. I think it is a disgrace that a hotel does not respond to its customers and does not show its face.I work in hotels and we ALWAYS respond to all emails and investigate all incidents.I would not recommend this hotel for their service and their lack of empathy and quality towards their clients.

    During my trip to Rome, I had a great time staying at this hotel; the staff was really welcoming and the establishment was immaculate. I had a great experience and would most certainly return and stay here! A short stroll from everything and extremely handy to public transportation! I'm eager to return.
