To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the B & B provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a safe, a cash machine, a transfer service and room service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Other services include a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the queen-size bed.     The location is superb Fabio the owner gave us much information and excellent recommendations. Loved the room decor, room a bit worn but as it must be in constant use that can be overlooked. Location 5 star Quiet at night with good windows , Taxi stand across street, super safe area. Piazza Navona 1 minute away, you can walk to all major sites, loved it

    Really enjoyed our stay, the location couldn’t have been better! Right beside the Piazza Navona and walkable to all the main attractions! Some lovely restaurants beside it to! The room had great air conditioning as we went during peak summer and it was hot so was needed. The bed was comfy, espresso machine was really good. The room could defo have done with a freshen up like painted etc silicone around the sink.. the tv didn’t work but didn’t bother us too much just nice to watch tv in the evening after being out all day to wind down.. overall we would definitely stay again! Has an iron, locked safe, fridge & coffee/ tea making facilities! The host was really great he organized a taxi to the airport for us

    The place is simply great. We had a very good expirience the time we spend there. Clean and welcoming. Fabio is a wonderful host. Location is perfect with a walking distance to the turistic atraction. We had enjoy our vacation there and we definitely will come back in the same place. Thank you for everything. Alex and Regina.

    Epic Location, cozy place, spacious and clean high ceiling rooms, very decent and extremely helpful and generous owner.Not the first time in Primo Piano Suites and hopefully won't be the last.I rarely write reviews , but i really can't find any downside for this place so don't think twice before booking. Only thing, and not a big deal, that there is no elevator for the first floor, but we arrived in the morning so the hotel workers took care of getting the luggage up.

    If you are planning to visit Rome and looking for a place, book for Primo Piano Suite! I would like to commend Fabio as he was so hands-on and responsive from checked-in until we left the suite. He's been very helpful in all our concerns and in navigating the city. Place was so cozy and clean. Would certainly book in here the next time we will visit the city again.
