Couldn't have been happier with the apartment, it was so central and in such a great location just a one/two minute walk to the top of the Spanish steps and all of Rome's attractions are then very easily walkable. The room was spacious and we were really happy with the amenities in the bathroom, hairdryer, slippers, ear plugs, really lovely body wash and soap etc. Shower took a hot second to figure out but once we did it is a really great shower. Great nights sleep even though the road outside is quite busy but you cannot really hear it at all. A lovely touch leaving gifts on check out which were some bottles of olive oil.Super easy check in and out. Would deffo stay again if I returned to Rome as just such a perfect location. My only small gripe would be the bedding, they were not fitted sheets so when sharing a bed we just became a mass of sheets and duvet by the morning as they all bundled together.Also more of a Rome top tip: I am pregnant so didn't always fancy the walk up and down the Spanish steps, at the top of the steps located to the right is the Spagna metro and you can walk down one flight on steps and then there is a lift you can take that will take you to the entrance of the metro which brings you out at the bottom of the Spanish steps!

dissatisfaction with the condition of the bathroom during my recent stay. The shower was particularly dirty, with visible hair left behind, which was extremely unpleasant. Additionally, the water pressure was very poor, making it difficult to shower properly. On one of the days, there was no hot water at all, which is unacceptable.Considering the high price of the accommodation, the quality of the services provided was far below expectations. What’s even more frustrating is that no one responded to our calls or WhatsApp messages when we tried to report these issues.I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve both the cleanliness standards and your customer service responsiveness.Sincerely,

Very comfortable, clean, spacious room, with excellent bathroom/shower, a little balcony over the rear courtyard, very quiet for central Rome location near the Spanish Steps and easy access to the metro. Also super value for money. Reception support on hand, very helpful with recommendations.

a great stay just at the spanish steps

QT suites was a winner! The position is fantastic, just above the spanish steps. Room was big for Rome standards, we were super happy with it. Aircon works well, literally a great find!. Do not hesitate in staying here. Easy check in, easy access and Larissa was very helpful with all our queries. Thanks QT!

Highly recommended accommodation in a fantastic location. Easy to book and accessible apartments on level 2 of building situated above the Spanish steps. We booked 2 rooms Hesychia (double room with balcony) and Tacita (double room) which were well equipped, stylish and clean. All accessories were in working order. Would definitely stay here again.
