  Amazing host and location

  Marco was amazing. He went above and beyond when I told him I had coeliac disease, he went to a gluten free bakery and came back with the most delicious GF croissant and roll for me for breakfast. Our room was spacious and spotless and the location was very convenient for sightseeing, shopping and eating out.

  Hotel fine, host not if you are a group of females.I left a 3/5 on expediea as there was no wifi the 3 days we stayed, we booked a triple room and requested this prior to booking to have 2 separate beds as we were a pair of friends staying ajd it said slept 3, but the room wasnt set up for this when we got there and we were questioned on why he had booked a triple (if youve paid why does it matter?) It wasnt clear we MUST provide details of when you are arriving before, we arrived just after 12, and check in started at 12, and waited an hour for our room. We waited patiently in the kitchen area and did not complain but were told numerous times that the room being late was our fault because we hadnt notified we were arriving at 12 (there were 4 other guests arrived at same time, so staff were there) so be aware you need to specifically state this.We booked a day trip to the Temples one day and breakfast doesn't start until 8.30, our trip left at 8 so we didnt attend breakfast, and were then told off by the host when we returned that evening for not telling anyone we weren't having breakfast (the breakfast isn't individually set or food provided for X number of people, so not sure why you HAVE to tell someone you areht having breakfast if it is a buffet style)The wifi didnt work the whole trip, which i mentioned on the review but did not say it was a hotel issue There are 'safe' provided but no instructions and you cant change the code, so clearly everyone will know the code and be able to guess it because I guessed it when trying to set a code. The hotel itself is nice inside, room was clean, decent location, all of which I said on my review.But what is then completely inappropriate is the host then contacting me on WhatsApp, using my personal details from booking, to say that I lacked education and respect because I didnt tell the staff that I wouldn't be going to breakfast the morning after checking in (given that staff leave at 3/4 theres nobody there in the evening to tell anyway, but presumably nobody is allowed to oversleep, or lie in which seems odd for people who may be internationally travelling). The host said I have 'sadistic pleasure' from writing my expedia review, but there really wasnt a bad review, it was honest and highlighting things other people might want to be aware of.Contacting soneone directly and saying they are sadistic because you said the wifi didnt work and you didnt have breakfast one day but got told off like a child, is honestly disgusting for somebody that works in hospitality and has made me feel very unsafe and uncomfotable. Simply for leaving a 3/5 review with legitimate points raised, my review also said instructuons for check-in would be useful ime explaining breakfast and the safe, which i think is a completely valid point.Given the experience i have just had i could never recommend this to a group of females booking and travelling, doubt we would have been spoken to the way we were had we had male partners with us.

  The best choice.

  Perfect location. Save area. Few steps from old city. Close car parking. Clean building with elevator. Good breakfast. You'll have good restaurants and a shoping area close to you. You'll meet Marco who is the best host in Palermo. He is there for all you need.

  This hotel is walking distance to all of the sites of Palermo. The rooms are clean and well equipped with AC and comfortable beds/pillows. The property and area are very safe and inviting. The European breakfast is very fresh and tasty, with a variety of meats/cheeses/juices/caffes and pastries. Marco and his team are dedicated and delightful. Marco is also extremely knowledgeable about the area and can give you great insights of what to visit and how to get there. There are some great restaurants right outside of the front door. We had an awesome stay!

  A fantastic accommodation and very central in the city of Palermo . This quiet bed and breakfast was very clean and had an abundance of fresh foods for breakfast . The facilities were all that was required for our weeks stay .The manager Marco , was very helpful and has a vast knowledge about Sicily . He advised us where to go to see all the sights and was always on hand to provide any assistance. He organised airport pick up too , which took some stress away from us . We would highly recommend this central property to stay . Clean m central and comfy , it provided us with everything we needed . 100 recommend. Thankyou Marco
