    The atmosphere, the view, the food, the family, the rooms, were all amazing and unforgettable. Close proximity to larger centres like Pisa, Florence Siena and San Gimignano but nestled in the country side overlooking San Gimignano, olive and vineyards. It was also Walking distance to a great restaurant in a nearby village. The Breakfast on the private veranda and a pool and bar to end the day after travelling all made it the perfect location and stay and then throw in the amazing family running the property and it was my favourite part of my Italy vacation. And absolutely, take advantage of Nic’s wine tour and tasting with Nona’s homemade biscotti.     A genuine Tuscan Experience

    This was a quaint property run by an exceptionally kind family. The rooms and grounds will give you a true old Tuscan experience. The free breakfast served outside in your own private area was one of the most authentic and best we had while in Italy. Great experience.     Stayed one night last month (Sep '22) was a gorgeous little taste of Tuscany. The grounds are relaxing and the room was nice. The staff made the experience, with their warm and happy hospitality. When on a long road trip grabbing food when you can, to have a home cooked hot breakfast was just perfect. Only wish we could have stayed longer.Highly recommend.

    Very nice location in the green.Quite and peaceful , rooms cleans , owners friendly .Generous breakfast outside in the garden.During summer you can apreciete the big swimming pool and your children the playground.     Hard to find even the smallest of flaws in a stay here. Gorgeous and quiet swimming pool, few people, strategic position to reach some of the prettiest villages in Tuscany. Garden with attention to detail and spacious and comfortable rooms. We stayed here for about 10 days, smartworking and enjoying the breaks from work in this magnificent context. The hospitality of Monica and Leandro is incomparable: their sympathy is contagious and their availability and flexibility is so vast that we feel better than at home.
