    Pool area bad, not same as on pictures online. Very old wood sunbeds. Not many umbrellas. Rooms and hotel looks like need maintenance. Very old. Toilet seat plastic and broken. Terrible bed!!! Hard as wood. Towels in room very thin Not good to dry with. Only positive is location.

    If you're thinking of booking this hotel, read my story and consider whether you really need this kind of experience. The only true advantage of this hotel is its location – Tuscany is beautiful.We had a studio room, and when checking out, we specifically asked the staff to inspect everything (as the booking terms mentioned a fine for unwashed dishes). The girl at the reception and her colleague flatly refused to check the room, even though I insisted.A few hours after we left, I received a message saying they "couldn’t find" one bedspread and wanted €90 for it. At first, we assumed it was a mistake – the bedspread had been dusty, so my friend put it in the closet on the very first day, and maybe they simply didn’t see it there.I immediately messaged the hotel and even tried calling them to resolve the issue. The hotel ignored my calls for three full days – I called at least ten times. Eventually, I had to contact Booking.com support. After several messages and two calls (which cost time and money), Booking managed to get through to the hotel.Five days later, and only after my own repeated attempts, I received a report saying that the blanket had been found outside the room, wet and dirty. As I understand it, the hotel tried to make some money off us. When the "disappearance" story didn’t stick, they suddenly claimed "damage" instead.What makes this even more suspicious is that they ignored all my messages and calls for those four days.I’ve been using Booking.com for 10 years. No one has ever accused me of stealing or damaging anything. Booking confirmed they would not charge me for this made-up issue.But I strongly, strongly advise you – don’t ruin the end of your holiday. These are shameless people. You simply cannot deal with them.

    BEDBUGS warning!

    The hotel itself is really good, in a great location, but travellers should be aware that they run the risk of encountering BED BUGS. We have experienced this ourselves and afterwards read a Google review published 7 months ago. Considering that we found a bedbug nest (7 months after), it can be understood that the hosts did not take any precautions to prevent the spread of parasites.We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The first night we didn't suspect anything, but the next day my partner had three bites and I started to get itchy. We started checking the bed linen and it took quite a while to find anything. However, there were signs of possible parasites because of their hatchings. After an hour or two we found a live bedbug, and after a while a whole nest of them on the back of my head. It's really scary, as you can see from the photos...Even though it was late at night when we texted the emergency number, the duty officer allowed us to move to another room in another building. We are very grateful for this. Everything seemed fine there, but at night we could hardly sleep and had nightmares. The next night, the receptionist was also very helpful, allowing us to check out later and giving us bedbug spray.However, this experience ruined the holiday. We spent several hours shaking things around to make sure we wouldn't bring any parasites home or infect the other accommodation, the rental car... We spent a lot of money on washing clothes, buying vacuum bags, not to mention ruining our holiday...

    Worst experience ever: Truly unprofessional service

    The hotel tries to make money with untrue promises. Hotel management is cheating to make money the fast way. No interest in finding mutually satisfying solutions. Special deal offers turn out to be overpriced and bad quality. Promises are not kept and afterwards charged in addition. Entire places is in bad condition and requires entire refurbishment.

    I regret to say that my recent encounter with La Loggia Villa Gloria was beyond disappointing. The level of service and professionalism exhibited by this establishment was shockingly inadequate, warranting a rating of 0/5.A week before my intended stay, I received an abrupt notification informing me that my reservation had been canceled. Despite providing three valid credit cards, all attempts to process payment were inexplicably denied. This left me perplexed and frustrated, as I had made the reservation well in advance and was looking forward to my visit.Attempting to address the issue, I made numerous calls to the hotel. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach a staff member were met with consistent failure. The phone lines were either perpetually engaged or, when I did manage to get through, my calls went unanswered. The lack of responsiveness and unavailability of hotel staff is unacceptable and reflects a severe lack of professionalism.The inability of La Loggia Villa Gloria to communicate effectively and resolve payment issues is deeply concerning. As a paying customer, I expected a smooth and hassle-free experience, but instead, I was met with frustration and a complete disregard for customer service.Considering the unprofessionalism and lack of accountability displayed by La Loggia Villa Gloria, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. There are numerous other establishments that uphold higher standards of service, respect, and customer care. It is evident that it falls far short of these basic expectations.My experience with them was marked by disappointment and frustration. The abrupt cancellation of my reservation and the hotel's inability to process payment or provide adequate customer service is indicative of a deeply flawed operation. I can only hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to avoid subjecting future guests to such a disappointing experience.
